【摘要】:本文基于服務(wù)創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合等相關(guān)理論,以小尾羊餐飲連鎖有限公司為例研究了服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題。本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn)服務(wù)溯源化、服務(wù)產(chǎn)品化是兩條服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型路徑,其中,顧客價(jià)值導(dǎo)向、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)協(xié)同、知識(shí)資源共享是驅(qū)動(dòng)服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建了"服務(wù)創(chuàng)新—產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合—服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型"的理論模型,探索了服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的過(guò)程和路徑,豐富了現(xiàn)有服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)制造化轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)理論和研究。
[Abstract]:Based on the theories of service innovation and industry chain integration, this paper studies the transformation of service enterprises by taking Xiaoweyang Catering chain Co., Ltd as an example. Service production is the transition path of two service enterprises. Among them, customer value orientation, product service collaboration and knowledge resource sharing are the three key factors that drive the transformation of service enterprises. The theoretical model of "service innovation-industry chain integration-service industry enterprise transformation" is further constructed, and the process and path of service enterprise transformation are explored, which enriches the relevant theory and research on manufacturing transformation of service industry enterprises.
