中國是韓國對外投資最重要的對象之一。韓國企業(yè)把資金投向中國以降低生產(chǎn)成本并擴(kuò)大市場份額。過去,韓國的直接投資中相當(dāng)大一部分來自于中小企業(yè),并把重點(diǎn)放在了毗鄰的山東及東北三省且投放的資金數(shù)額相對較少。然而近年來,每次的投資數(shù)額正逐漸增大,對長江三角洲地區(qū)的投資也明顯增加,為中國國內(nèi)市場及出口的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了一個更好的發(fā)展環(huán)境。本文介紹了近年來韓國向中國直接投資的模式,并以實證分析為依據(jù)對其決定因素進(jìn)行了探究。從實證研究出發(fā),本文認(rèn)為以韓國實際GDP增長率來衡量的有限市場增長是導(dǎo)致韓國企業(yè)向中國投資,擴(kuò)大市場的動因,同時,韓國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不適于發(fā)展勞動密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),這也促使韓國企業(yè)把資金投向中國以降低其生產(chǎn)成本。
