【摘要】：貨幣統(tǒng)計(jì)與貨幣層次的劃分對(duì)中央銀行的貨幣政策具有重要的影響。文章總結(jié)了近年來國(guó)際貨幣基金組織和美國(guó)等國(guó)對(duì)貨幣統(tǒng)計(jì)口經(jīng)的調(diào)整情況,并且概括了這些調(diào)整變化中的一些共同特點(diǎn)。最后,結(jié)合各國(guó)貨幣統(tǒng)計(jì)變化的特點(diǎn)與中國(guó)的實(shí)際情況,提出了將銀行卡下的居民儲(chǔ)蓄存款納入M1層次,將財(cái)政存款與非存款類金融機(jī)構(gòu)在銀行的同業(yè)存款納入貨幣統(tǒng)計(jì)口徑,以及增加廣義流動(dòng)性統(tǒng)計(jì)等建議。
[Abstract]:The division of monetary statistics and monetary levels has an important impact on the monetary policy of the central bank. This paper summarizes the adjustment of monetary statistics in recent years by the International Monetary Fund and the United States, and summarizes some common characteristics in these adjustments. Finally, according to the characteristics of the changes of monetary statistics in various countries and the actual situation in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as bringing the savings deposits of residents under bank cards into M1 level, bringing the interbank deposits of financial deposits and non-deposit financial institutions into the caliber of monetary statistics, and increasing the broad liquidity statistics.
