【摘要】：美元霸權(quán)就是美元在國際金融體系中占有特權(quán)地位,這是現(xiàn)行的國際金融體系的主要特征,也是它的內(nèi)在缺陷,它使得金融危發(fā)軔于美國,蔓延至全球,給世界經(jīng)濟(jì)造成嚴(yán)重的創(chuàng)傷。正因如此,改革國際金融體系刻不容緩。然而,完全消除美元既不現(xiàn)實(shí)也沒必要,因此,國際金融體系改革的目標(biāo)只能是構(gòu)建以多個主權(quán)國家貨幣為核心的多元國際貨幣體系。由于國際核心貨幣是一國綜合實(shí)力在國際金融領(lǐng)域的體現(xiàn),是大國博弈的結(jié)果,在現(xiàn)有的國際格局下,為了維護(hù)國家利益,中國應(yīng)當(dāng)在"韜光養(yǎng)晦、有所作為、決不當(dāng)頭"的原則指導(dǎo)下,做一個國際金融體系改革的冷靜參與者。
[Abstract]:Dollar hegemony is that the dollar occupies a privileged position in the international financial system, which is the main feature of the current international financial system and its inherent defects. It makes the financial crisis originate in the United States, spread to the world, and cause serious trauma to the world economy. Because of this, it is urgent to reform the international financial system. However, it is neither realistic nor necessary to eliminate the dollar completely. Therefore, the goal of the reform of the international financial system can only be to build a pluralistic international monetary system with multiple sovereign national currencies as the core. Because the international core currency is the embodiment of a country's comprehensive strength in the field of international finance and the result of the game of great powers, in order to safeguard the national interests, China should be a calm participant in the reform of the international financial system under the guidance of the principle of "keeping a low profile, making a difference and never taking the lead".
