【摘要】：經(jīng)過十多年的準(zhǔn)備,我國終于在2009年10月30日正式推出創(chuàng)業(yè)板,這在很大程度上健全了我國資本市場的發(fā)展形式。然而,資本市場對創(chuàng)業(yè)板的操縱并不盡如人意,由于對我國現(xiàn)有經(jīng)濟(jì)情況分析不夠清楚,使得剛剛推出的創(chuàng)業(yè)板在一開始就顯現(xiàn)出許多問題。文章就創(chuàng)業(yè)板在開設(shè)之初暴露的問題做以下分析,并據(jù)此提出幾點(diǎn)意見。
[Abstract]:After more than ten years of preparation, China finally launched the gem on October 30, 2009, which to a great extent improved the development form of China's capital market. However, the manipulation of the gem in the capital market is not satisfactory. Because the analysis of the existing economic situation in China is not clear enough, the gem just launched has shown many problems at the beginning. This paper makes the following analysis on the problems exposed at the beginning of the gem, and puts forward some suggestions.
