我國國有商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品收益的比較研究

【摘要】:隨著改革開放的逐步推進(jìn)和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國居民財(cái)富也出現(xiàn)了飛速的增長(zhǎng),經(jīng)濟(jì)升溫和通貨膨脹的存在必然促使居民儲(chǔ)存財(cái)富的形式不僅僅限于現(xiàn)金,這種極易受到通過膨脹和匯率變動(dòng)影響的資產(chǎn)形式。多元化投資思維的深入民心和貨幣等價(jià)物市場(chǎng)及資本市場(chǎng)的全面發(fā)展引致的投資方式多樣化,催生了一種運(yùn)用多種投資方式組合而形成的管理財(cái)富的方式,即理財(cái)產(chǎn)品。在理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位的便是商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品,本文專注于研究商業(yè)銀行中核心組成成員——國有商業(yè)銀行發(fā)行的理財(cái)產(chǎn)品收益情況。 本文從理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展歷史出發(fā),按多種角度對(duì)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行分類,并且通過研究理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展歷程來推導(dǎo)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和方向。結(jié)合權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)的深度挖掘,運(yùn)用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)和比較統(tǒng)計(jì)等數(shù)量方法,重點(diǎn)研究了國有商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品收益情況。并進(jìn)一步通過橫向的比較和縱向的比較,對(duì)國有商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品分別與其他類型商業(yè)銀行發(fā)行的理財(cái)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行比較以及與其他金融機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)行的投資、資產(chǎn)管理類型產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行比較,得出了本文的結(jié)論:國有商業(yè)銀行發(fā)行規(guī)模大、產(chǎn)品信息披露度高,并且逐步邁出差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)步伐;但與股份制商業(yè)銀行仍存在一定差距;而國有商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品對(duì)基金的比較各有千秋。 立足以上結(jié)論,本文亦提出針對(duì)性的建議和參考意見,包括:加快銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,;加大創(chuàng)新力度,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的多元化;重視差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略,增強(qiáng)經(jīng)營(yíng)的靈活性:加強(qiáng)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,提升理財(cái)產(chǎn)品“性價(jià)比”。為理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的完善發(fā)展、也為理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)者和發(fā)行主體獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策,亦為撰寫本文的意義和初衷。
[Abstract]:With the gradual promotion of reform and opening up and the rapid development of market economy, the wealth of residents in our country has also increased rapidly. The existence of economic heating and inflation will inevitably prompt residents to store wealth in a form that is not limited to cash. This form of assets is highly vulnerable to the effects of inflation and exchange rate movements. The diversification of investment methods caused by the deepening of diversified investment thinking and the all-round development of monetary equivalent market and capital market has given birth to a way of managing wealth formed by the combination of various investment methods, that is, financial products. The financial products of commercial banks play a dominant role in the market of financial products. This paper focuses on the income of wealth management products issued by state-owned commercial banks, which is the core member of commercial banks. Based on the development history of financial products market, this paper classifies financial products from various angles, and deduces the development trend and direction of financial products by studying the development course of financial products. Combined with the deep mining of authoritative data, this paper focuses on the income of financial products of state-owned commercial banks by using descriptive statistics and comparative statistics and other quantitative methods. And further through horizontal comparison and vertical comparison, the financial products of state-owned commercial banks are compared with those issued by other types of commercial banks, as well as the investments issued by other financial institutions. Compared with the product of asset management type, the conclusion of this paper is as follows: the issuance scale of state-owned commercial banks is large, the disclosure of product information is high, and the step of differentiation and competition is taken step by step; However, there is still a certain gap between the state-owned commercial banks and the joint-stock commercial banks, and the comparison of the financial products of the state-owned commercial banks to the fund is different. Based on the above conclusions, this paper also puts forward targeted suggestions and reference opinions, including: speeding up the transformation of bank retail business, strengthening innovation and promoting product diversification; Attach importance to differential competition strategy, enhance the flexibility of management: strengthen the risk management of financial products, improve the "performance-price ratio" of financial products. It also provides suggestions for the designers and issuers of wealth management products, and also for the significance and original intention of this paper.
