【摘要】：本文創(chuàng)新性地引入了隱形進入成本與制度質量的概念,建立了一個嵌入市場隱形進入成本及制度質量的銀行經(jīng)營模式博弈分析模型,并揭示了外資銀行與本地銀行在不同國家的盈利能力具有顯著差異的原因,最后利用國內73家中外資銀行的非平衡面板數(shù)據(jù)進行實證檢驗。結果表明:制度質量影響了外資銀行的經(jīng)營模式;隱形進入成本限制了外資銀行的盈利水平。實證檢驗證實了本文的理論結果,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前我國可能存在對外資銀行監(jiān)管"真空"的事實,并據(jù)此提出了有效監(jiān)管外資銀行的對策要點。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the concepts of invisible entry cost and institutional quality are introduced innovatively, and a game analysis model of bank management mode embedded in market invisible entry cost and institutional quality is established. It also reveals the reasons for the significant differences in the profitability of foreign banks and local banks in different countries, and finally makes an empirical test by using the unbalanced panel data of 73 domestic and foreign banks. The results show that the system quality affects the management mode of foreign banks, and the invisible entry cost limits the profit level of foreign banks. The empirical test confirms the theoretical results of this paper, finds that there may be a "vacuum" in the supervision of foreign banks in China at present, and puts forward some countermeasures for effective supervision of foreign banks.
