【摘要】：本文以上市民營(yíng)銀行的典型代表為例,將相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)與非財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)結(jié)合起來進(jìn)行對(duì)比,用定量的分析方法對(duì)上市民營(yíng)銀行的績(jī)效加以分析。其結(jié)論是,從財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)方面來看,民營(yíng)銀行上市后的績(jī)效表現(xiàn)明顯優(yōu)于一些國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行。其原因是,民營(yíng)銀行的股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)不僅關(guān)系到民營(yíng)銀行的性質(zhì),而且對(duì)民營(yíng)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效起一定的決定作用。此外,本文的分析還預(yù)示了打破國(guó)有銀行的壟斷局面和股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu),將有利于提高銀行業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理績(jī)效,并且使市場(chǎng)資源得到有效的配置。
[Abstract]:Taking the typical representatives of listed private banks as an example, this paper compares the relevant financial indicators with non-financial indicators, and analyzes the performance of listed private banks by quantitative analysis method. The conclusion is that from the point of view of financial indicators, the performance of private banks after listing is obviously better than that of some state-owned commercial banks. The reason is that the ownership structure of private banks is not only related to the nature of private banks, but also plays a certain role in determining the operating performance of private banks. In addition, the analysis of this paper also indicates that breaking the monopoly situation and ownership structure of state-owned banks will be conducive to improving the performance of banking management and the effective allocation of market resources.
