【摘要】：英國(guó)《銀行家》雜志公布的2010年全球1000家大銀行排名顯示,全球銀行業(yè)走出了金融危機(jī)的最低谷,資本實(shí)力與盈利水平都有所恢復(fù)。尤其是金融風(fēng)暴過后,歐洲銀行業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力受到較大沖擊,美國(guó)銀行業(yè)通過并購重組實(shí)力猶在,中國(guó)銀行業(yè)在全球的地位明顯上升。本文回顧過去40年全球銀行業(yè)版圖變遷的主要特征,分析其內(nèi)在決定因素,并探討對(duì)我國(guó)銀行業(yè)崛起的重要啟示。
[Abstract]:According to the 2010 ranking of the world's 1000 largest banks, published by Bankers magazine, the global banking sector has reached its lowest point in the financial crisis, with both capital strength and profitability recovering. Especially after the financial turmoil, the overall competitiveness of the European banking industry has been greatly impacted. The strength of the American banking industry through mergers and acquisitions is still there, and the position of the Chinese banking industry in the world is obviously rising. This paper reviews the main characteristics of the changes of global banking territory in the past 40 years, analyzes its internal decisive factors, and probes into the important enlightenment to the rise of China's banking industry.
