【摘要】：新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)使產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚成為主流經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的重點(diǎn)問題之一。眾多研究表明：產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚是一國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的原動(dòng)力。中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛離不開中國制造業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展。上世紀(jì)90年代初，中國的制造業(yè)尚處于起步階段，但是伴隨著FDI的大量流入，中國制造業(yè)出現(xiàn)了高速增長。一方面，F(xiàn)DI對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展發(fā)揮了積極的促進(jìn)作用；另一方面，F(xiàn)DI的分布不均造成了中國制造業(yè)的空間集聚。中國制造業(yè)的區(qū)域集聚有力地促進(jìn)了東部地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，但卻帶來了中國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距的不斷擴(kuò)大。目前研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚影響因素的文獻(xiàn)很多，但是具體分析FDI對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚影響的研究卻相對較少。本文基于FDI影響中國制造業(yè)區(qū)域集聚的客觀事實(shí)，試圖從FDI的視角闡述中國制造業(yè)集聚形成的內(nèi)在機(jī)制。 中國制造業(yè)的區(qū)域分布與FDI的空間布局有著驚人的相似。為此，本文通過2000-2009年中國行業(yè)層面的面板數(shù)據(jù)研究FDI對中國制造業(yè)區(qū)域集聚的影響，，并在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上歸納出FDI影響中國制造業(yè)集聚的三個(gè)效應(yīng)，分別是技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)、人力資本提升效應(yīng)和規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。 本文選用目前運(yùn)用最廣的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚指標(biāo)：空間基尼系數(shù)和EG指數(shù)來測度中國制造業(yè)的集聚程度，選用FDI滲透率來衡量行業(yè)FDI滲透程度。通過對FDI與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性分析，初步看出兩者存在高度的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文參照DARON ACEMOGLU等（2001）的方法，選取中國制造業(yè)最具有代表性的20個(gè)行業(yè)作為樣本進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)、人力資本提升效應(yīng)和規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)均是FDI影響中國制造業(yè)集聚的內(nèi)在機(jī)制。根據(jù)計(jì)量結(jié)果，本文針對FDI影響中國制造業(yè)集聚的三個(gè)效應(yīng)分別提出相關(guān)政策建議，并就合理利用FDI以促進(jìn)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的均衡發(fā)展提出建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:The new economic geography makes the industry cluster become one of the main problems in the mainstream economics. Many studies have shown that industrial agglomeration is the motive force of a country's economic development. The development of China's economy is inseparable from the rapid development of Chinese manufacturing industry. In the early 1990s, China's manufacturing industry is still in its infancy, but with the large inflow of FDI, China's manufacturing industry has experienced a high-speed growth. On the one hand, FDI has played a positive role in the development of Chinese economy; on the other hand, the distribution of FDI has caused the spatial agglomeration of Chinese manufacturing industry. The regional agglomeration of China's manufacturing industry has greatly promoted the economic development of the eastern region, but it has brought about a widening of the regional economic gap in China. At present, there are many literatures about the influence factors of industrial agglomeration, but the research on the effect of FDI on the industrial agglomeration is relatively small. This paper, based on the objective fact that FDI affects the agglomeration of China's manufacturing industry, tries to elaborate the internal mechanism of the formation of Chinese manufacturing industry from the perspective of FDI. The regional distribution of China's manufacturing industry has an alarming phase with the spatial layout of FDI To this end, this paper studies the effect of FDI on the regional agglomeration of Chinese manufacturing industry through the panel data of China's industry level in 2000-2009, and summarizes the three effects of FDI on China's manufacturing agglomeration on the basis of the existing research, which is the technology spillover effect. At the same time, the effect of human capital promotion and scale economic effect In this paper, the most widely used industrial cluster index is used in this paper, which is to measure the degree of agglomeration of China's manufacturing industry by using the space-based Nikon coefficient and the EG index, and to use the FDI permeability to measure the infiltration of FDI in the industry. Through the analysis of the correlation between FDI and industrial cluster, it is found that there is a high degree of normal phase. According to the method of DAON ACEMOGLU and the like (2001), this paper selects the representative 20 industries in China's manufacturing industry as the sample The empirical results show that the technology spillover effect, the human capital promotion effect and the scale economic effect are all the factors that the FDI affects China's manufacturing industry Based on the results of the measurement, the paper puts forward the relevant policy suggestions for the three effects of FDI in China's manufacturing industry, and puts forward the construction of the balanced development of China's economy with the rational use of FDI.
