農(nóng)村金融需求結(jié)構(gòu)演變與新時(shí)期金融資源配置取向

【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,意味著承載這種經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的主體發(fā)生變化,主體的變化必然導(dǎo)致主體需求的變化。而在這個(gè)變化過程中,涉及的諸多經(jīng)濟(jì)要素,如土地、勞動(dòng)力、金融資源就必須重新組合、重新配置。農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化升級(jí)、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變以及農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化的推進(jìn),給農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和資金需求結(jié)構(gòu)都帶來了巨大變化。農(nóng)村金融如何適應(yīng)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展,找準(zhǔn)金融資源配置方向,合理調(diào)整和配置農(nóng)村金融資源,創(chuàng)新金融產(chǎn)品,支持農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快發(fā)展,是當(dāng)前乃至今后一段時(shí)期金融業(yè)必須著力研究和解決的問題。其具體對(duì)策為:健全和完善農(nóng)村金融組織體系;推動(dòng)多元化融資體制的建立;規(guī)范民間借貸行為,提高民間融資效率。
[Abstract]:The change of economic structure means that the main body carrying this kind of economic structure has changed, and the change of subject will inevitably lead to the change of main demand. In the process of this change, many economic elements, such as land, labor and financial resources, must be recombined and reallocated. The adjustment of rural economic structure, the upgrading of agricultural industrialization, the transformation of rural economic development mode and the promotion of rural urbanization have brought great changes to the rural economic structure and the structure of capital demand. How rural finance adapts to the development of agricultural modernization and rural urbanization, finds out the direction of allocation of financial resources, reasonably adjusts and allocates rural financial resources, innovates financial products, and supports the good and rapid development of rural economy. It is a problem that the financial industry must study and solve at present and even in the future. The concrete countermeasures are as follows: perfecting and perfecting the rural financial organization system; promoting the establishment of diversified financing system; standardizing the behavior of private lending and improving the efficiency of private financing.
