鐵嶺銀行中小企業(yè)信貸模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和對外開放的逐步深化,眾多金融機(jī)構(gòu)參與到中國銀行市場的競爭中。五家國有商業(yè)銀行占據(jù)了中國銀行市場的半壁江山,同時(shí)眾多的外資銀行的進(jìn)入,無論是從資金規(guī)模、銀行實(shí)力上,還是從業(yè)務(wù)水平、品牌效應(yīng)上,中國城市商業(yè)銀行都面臨著嚴(yán)峻的競爭壓力。中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,為城市性商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展提供了廣闊的市場空間和發(fā)展?jié)摿?給銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了新的利潤增長點(diǎn),成為各個(gè)銀行爭先搶奪的新的戰(zhàn)場,金融機(jī)構(gòu)之間及銀行業(yè)內(nèi)部的競爭日趨激烈。 本文從鐵嶺銀行及中小企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),借鑒有益經(jīng)驗(yàn),以銀行視角探討鐵嶺銀行中小企業(yè)的信貸模式。希望能夠構(gòu)建一種符合鐵嶺銀行特點(diǎn)和中小企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況、能夠發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢同時(shí)帶來良好效果的中小企業(yè)信貸經(jīng)營模式,從而促進(jìn)鐵嶺銀行的發(fā)展。 本文研究的重點(diǎn)是鐵嶺銀行中小企業(yè)信貸創(chuàng)新模式。文章共分六個(gè)部分進(jìn)行闡述。其中主要的內(nèi)容如下,首先對城市商業(yè)銀行與中小企業(yè)信貸的相關(guān)概念及理論進(jìn)行了闡述,接下來分析了鐵嶺銀行中小企業(yè)信貸的現(xiàn)狀以及其在中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的問題,并從問題出發(fā)提出了適合鐵嶺銀行中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新模式和實(shí)施新模式的配套措施和政策。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the deepening of opening to the outside world, many financial institutions participate in the competition of Bank of China market. Five state-owned commercial banks account for half of the Bank of China's market. At the same time, the entry of many foreign banks, whether in terms of capital size, bank strength, business level, brand effect, China's city commercial banks are facing severe competitive pressure. The development of credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises provides a broad market space and development potential for the development of urban commercial banks, brings new profit growth points to the development of the banking industry, and becomes a new battlefield for banks to strive for first. Competition among financial institutions and within the banking industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Based on the actual situation of Tieling Bank and small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper discusses the credit model of Tieling Bank small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of banks. It is hoped that a credit management model of small and medium-sized enterprises can be constructed, which accords with the characteristics of Tieling Bank and the economic development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and can give full play to its advantages and bring good results, so as to promote the development of Tieling Bank. The focus of this paper is the credit innovation model of small and medium-sized enterprises in Tieling Bank. The article is divided into six parts to elaborate. The main contents are as follows: first of all, the related concepts and theories of urban commercial banks and small and medium-sized enterprise credit are expounded. Then it analyzes the present situation of the credit of small and medium-sized enterprises in Tieling Bank and the problems existing in the development of the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises. From the point of view of the problem, this paper puts forward the innovative mode suitable for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Tieling Bank and the supporting measures and policies for the implementation of the new model.
