【摘要】：眾所周知,小型和中小型企業(yè)(中小企業(yè))是所有的經(jīng)濟支柱,在先進的工業(yè)化國家的活力和靈活性,以及新興和發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟體,中小企業(yè)經(jīng)濟也是經(jīng)濟增長的一個重要來源。小企業(yè)帶來創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)品或技術的市場尤為重要。H銀行(中國)有限公司自進入中國金融市場后,都非常注重中小企業(yè)的業(yè)務,并為中小企業(yè)設計適合他們使用的金融產(chǎn)品,如資本融資,貿(mào)易融資,供應鏈融資等。這些產(chǎn)品都有助于中小企業(yè)獲得更多資金進而擴大業(yè)務,做更多的創(chuàng)新,創(chuàng)造更多的就業(yè)機會。研究表明,H銀行(中國)有限公司有很大的空間去提高他們的貸款服務,和信用制度。從這篇論文中,我們將會根據(jù)H銀行的案例進行分析,并使用市場份額理論,以及SWOT理論對中小企業(yè)在銀行融資的情況進行分析。首先,根據(jù)中小融資難的問題,以及銀行對中小企融資的限制,我們將提出相關的問題,其次,基于提出的問題,我們找出五個直接影響銀行放貸給中小企業(yè)的原因,再次,通過全盤的分析,我們將使用市場份額以及SWOT的理論對跟有有效地解決問題,最后,通過以上提出的問題,以及解決辦法,更能證明對中小企業(yè)融資是刻不容緩,而且銀行也必須改善對中小企融資的產(chǎn)品
