中國銀行齊齊哈爾分行個人理財業(yè)務發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,隨著國民經濟的快速發(fā)展和居民生活水平的不斷提高,居民個人和家庭的資產配置多元化趨勢日益明顯,理財需求不斷增加,個人理財業(yè)務開始進入人們的視線。近幾年,隨著社會經濟結構的調整,商業(yè)銀行經營轉型的步伐加快,大力發(fā)展零售銀行業(yè)務成為商業(yè)銀行拓寬經營渠道、提升利潤水平的重要選擇。在這一背景下,商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務的戰(zhàn)略地位越來越突出。作為基層銀行業(yè)機構,,如何在這種經濟金融大環(huán)境下,通過大力發(fā)展個人理財業(yè)務,有效拓展經營空間,正是本文研究的立意所在。 本文以中國銀行齊齊哈爾分行開展個人理財業(yè)務的實際情況為基礎,在借鑒國內外商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務的先進理論和成熟經驗的基礎上,分析了中國銀行齊齊哈爾分行個人理財業(yè)務現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,提出了發(fā)展對策。首先,要明確個人理財業(yè)務的戰(zhàn)略地位,制定相應的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和發(fā)展目標。在此基礎上,通過完善組織架構,整合業(yè)務流程,拓寬銷售渠道,形成有利于業(yè)務開展的運行模式。通過樹立正確的營銷理念,準確細分目標市場,采取多元化的營銷策略,發(fā)揮出市場營銷的重要作用。在風險管理方面,要建立健全內控制度,嚴格風險管控,積極開展從業(yè)人員職業(yè)道德教育和投資者教育。在人才培養(yǎng)方面,通過建立分層次、多渠道的培訓制度,強化激勵約束機制,積極引進稀缺人才,不斷充實理財專業(yè)隊伍。與此同時,加大信息科技保障力度,加強系統(tǒng)研發(fā)設計,對個人理財業(yè)務的深入開展提供有力的支持。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of residents' living standards, the diversification trend of individual and family asset allocation has become increasingly obvious, and the demand for financial management has been increasing. Personal financial management business began to enter people's line of sight. In recent years, with the adjustment of social and economic structure, the pace of business transformation of commercial banks has been accelerated, and the development of retail banking has become an important choice for commercial banks to broaden their business channels and improve their profit level. In this context, the strategic position of personal financial management business of commercial banks is becoming more and more prominent. As a grass-roots banking institution, how to develop personal financial management business and effectively expand the operating space in this economic and financial environment is the intention of this paper. Based on the actual situation of personal financial business carried out by Qiqihar Branch of Bank of China, this paper draws lessons from the advanced theory and mature experience of personal financial business of commercial banks at home and abroad. This paper analyzes on the present situation and existing problems of personal financial management business in Qiqihar Branch of Bank of China, and puts forward some countermeasures for development. First of all, we should make clear the strategic position of personal financial management business, formulate the corresponding development strategy and development goals. On this basis, through the improvement of the organizational structure, integration of business processes, broaden sales channels, the formation of business operations conducive to the development of the mode. Through the establishment of correct marketing concept, accurate segmentation of the target market, the adoption of diversified marketing strategy, play an important role in marketing. In the aspect of risk management, it is necessary to establish and improve the internal control system, strictly control the risk, and actively carry out professional ethics education and investor education for employees. In the aspect of talent training, through the establishment of hierarchical and multi-channel training system, strengthen the incentive and restraint mechanism, actively introduce scarce talents, and constantly enrich the financial management professional team. At the same time, strengthen the support of information technology, strengthen the research and development design of the system, and provide strong support for the in-depth development of personal financial business.
