【摘要】：本文首先從雙邊貨幣互換協(xié)議、人民幣的跨境結(jié)算、人民幣離岸市場(chǎng)以及人民幣的國際地位等四個(gè)方面分析得出人民幣國際化的現(xiàn)狀：人民幣的國際化進(jìn)程取得了一定的進(jìn)展，但同主要的國際貨幣相比國際化程度依然很低。借此，本文繼續(xù)分析了阻礙人民幣國際化的限制因素，從國內(nèi)角度講，資本項(xiàng)目管制、利率匯率沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)化以及不夠完善的國內(nèi)金融體系限制了人民幣的國際化；從國際角度來看，現(xiàn)有國際貨幣存在的慣性也制約著人民幣在國際范圍的使用。隨后，本文對(duì)上海自貿(mào)區(qū)的金融改革進(jìn)行了研究，并指出人民幣資本項(xiàng)目可兌換、金融市場(chǎng)利率市場(chǎng)化、人民幣跨境使用等三項(xiàng)重要金融改革對(duì)人民幣國際化的促進(jìn)作用和重要意義。接著，本文分析了上海自貿(mào)區(qū)在建設(shè)過程中可能存在的資本項(xiàng)目開放的步驟問題、自貿(mào)區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)的監(jiān)管套利問題、對(duì)國內(nèi)金融市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生的影響等問題，并提出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。論文的最后一部分，對(duì)上海自貿(mào)區(qū)未來可能成為人民幣離岸金融中心進(jìn)行了展望，，同時(shí)指出上海自貿(mào)區(qū)輻射到的整個(gè)上海地區(qū)有望成為國際金融中心，并從長遠(yuǎn)的角度分析了作為人民幣離岸金融中心的上海自貿(mào)區(qū)、成為國際金融中心的上海對(duì)人民幣國際化的意義。
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of RMB internationalization from four aspects: the bilateral currency swap agreement, the cross-border settlement of RMB, the offshore market of RMB and the international status of RMB: the internationalization process of RMB has made some progress. However, compared with the major international currencies, the degree of internationalization is still very low. From the domestic point of view, capital account control, interest rate and exchange rate have not realized marketization and the imperfect domestic financial system has restricted the internationalization of RMB. From the international point of view, the inertia of the existing international currency also restricts the use of the RMB in the international scope. Subsequently, this paper studies the financial reform of the Shanghai Free Trade area, and points out that the RMB capital account is convertible and the interest rate in the financial market is marketed. Three important financial reforms, such as the cross-border use of RMB, play an important role and significance in promoting the internationalization of RMB. Then, this paper analyzes the steps of opening up the capital account in the construction of Shanghai Free Trade area, the regulatory arbitrage of enterprises in the Free Trade area, and the influence on domestic financial market, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. In the last part of the paper, the prospect that Shanghai Free Trade area may become an offshore financial center of RMB in the future is made. At the same time, it is pointed out that the whole area of Shanghai radiated by the Free Trade area of Shanghai is expected to become an international financial center. From a long-term point of view, this paper analyzes the significance of Shanghai's free trade area, which is an offshore financial center of RMB, to the internationalization of RMB as an international financial center.
