【摘要】：隨著人民幣相對美元等主要貨幣的匯率變動(dòng)彈性增大,響應(yīng)國家"走出去"政策承包海外工程的我國國際工程承包商正面臨著越來越大的外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn),迫切需要了解和掌握各種金融交易方式在外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的應(yīng)用。本文對現(xiàn)階段我國國際工程承包商防范外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可以利用的遠(yuǎn)期外匯交易及其衍生形式、外匯期權(quán)交易、BSI法以及貨幣互換等金融交易方式進(jìn)行了分析,指出應(yīng)當(dāng)在給定條件下,根據(jù)每一金融交易方式所鎖定的匯率選擇較優(yōu)者管理國際工程承包項(xiàng)目面臨的外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:As the exchange rate flexibility of RMB against the US dollar and other major currencies increases, China's international project contractors who respond to the country's "going out" policy to contract overseas projects are facing greater and greater foreign exchange risks. It is urgent to understand and master the application of various financial transaction methods in foreign exchange risk management. This paper analyzes the forward foreign exchange trading and its derivative forms, foreign exchange option trading, BSI method and currency swap, which can be used by international engineering contractors to prevent foreign exchange risk at the present stage. It is pointed out that the foreign exchange risk faced by the international project contracting project should be managed under the given conditions, according to the exchange rate locked by each financial transaction mode, and the superior one should be selected to manage the foreign exchange risk.
