【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟(jì)高度依賴出口的狀況短期內(nèi)不會(huì)改變,這就意味著持續(xù)雙順差導(dǎo)致的資金大量流入的狀態(tài)不會(huì)在短期內(nèi)改變。在中國金融資產(chǎn)數(shù)量和品種有限的情況下,外部輸入的流動(dòng)性膨脹必然引起資產(chǎn)價(jià)格上升,加上流通中的人民幣缺乏退出機(jī)制,持續(xù)的流動(dòng)性膨脹將逼使中國經(jīng)濟(jì)走向經(jīng)濟(jì)泡沫化的途徑,并使得緊縮、擴(kuò)張、再緊縮、再擴(kuò)張的循環(huán)周期越來越短。吸取日本泡沫經(jīng)濟(jì)的教訓(xùn),借鑒美國經(jīng)濟(jì)虛擬化的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn),建立以數(shù)量和品種擴(kuò)張為主的虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng),充分發(fā)揮其流動(dòng)性儲備池的功能,一方面有利于建立人民幣的輸出渠道,從而有利于人民幣的國際化;另一方面也能建立消除流動(dòng)性膨脹的長效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:China's high export dependence on exports will not change in the short term, which means that the state of large inflows of capital resulting from a sustained double surplus will not change in the short term. With the limited number and variety of financial assets in China, external liquidity inflation will inevitably lead to an increase in asset prices, coupled with the lack of exit mechanisms for the renminbi in circulation. Sustained liquidity inflation will push China's economy into a bubble path, and make the cycle of austerity, expansion, retightening, and reexpansion shorter and shorter. Drawing on the lessons of Japan's bubble economy and drawing lessons from the beneficial experience of US economic virtualization, we have established a virtual economic system based on quantity and variety expansion to give full play to the functions of its liquidity reserve pool. On the one hand, it is advantageous to set up the export channel of RMB, which is beneficial to the internationalization of RMB; On the other hand, it can also establish a long-term mechanism to eliminate liquidity inflation.
