寧波銀行信用卡業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:我國的信用卡業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入一個高速發(fā)展的階段,自2003年以來我國信用卡發(fā)卡規(guī)模迎來了爆發(fā)式的增長,各大銀行為了快速搶占信用卡市場份額,通過“跑馬圈地”方式發(fā)放信用卡,甚至一些中小銀行在信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平相對薄弱的情況下,也紛紛加入發(fā)卡大軍。隨著發(fā)卡量的劇增,各家銀行的信用卡不良率也節(jié)節(jié)攀升,信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不斷暴露。然而,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是發(fā)展信用卡業(yè)務(wù)最核心的內(nèi)容,如何控制好風(fēng)險(xiǎn),是確保信用卡業(yè)務(wù)健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在。從發(fā)達(dá)國家發(fā)展信用卡實(shí)踐來看,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理貫穿于信用卡業(yè)務(wù)的各個環(huán)節(jié),所有業(yè)務(wù)都以防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)為核心。因此,我國在信用卡業(yè)務(wù)高速發(fā)展同時(shí),如何建立起有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系是目前商業(yè)銀行面臨最大問題。 寧波銀行作于2003年開始經(jīng)營信用卡業(yè)務(wù),經(jīng)過幾年的發(fā)展在市場占有率和品牌知名度都得到了提升。然而,寧波銀行作為一家中小銀行與一些大銀行在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面存在一定差距,其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理仍處于初級階段,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平未能滿足業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,從而導(dǎo)致風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題不斷暴露。本文將通過對寧波銀行信用卡發(fā)展歷史與現(xiàn)狀以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理各個階段的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施做了詳細(xì)的介紹,包括貸前、貸中、貸后的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施,并對兩個典型的案例進(jìn)行深入的剖析,找出其再風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中存在的問題。最后,針對寧波銀行在信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面存在的問題結(jié)合其實(shí)際情況,提出切實(shí)可行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提升措施。
[Abstract]:China's credit card business has entered a stage of high-speed development. Since 2003, the scale of credit card issuance in China has ushered in explosive growth. In order to rapidly seize the share of the credit card market, Even some small and medium-sized banks have joined the credit card issuing army under the relatively weak level of credit card risk management through the "Horse Circle" way of issuing credit cards, and even a few small and medium-sized banks have joined the credit card issuing force. Credit card risk has been exposed as the number of cards issued has skyrocketed and the banks' credit card malpractice has risen. However, risk management is the core of the development of credit card business. How to control the risk well is the key to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of credit card business. From the practice of credit card development in developed countries, risk management runs through all aspects of credit card business, all of which take risk prevention as the core. Therefore, at the same time, how to establish an effective risk management system is the biggest problem for commercial banks. Ningbo Bank began to operate credit card business in 2003, after several years of development in the market share and brand awareness has been improved. However, Ningbo Bank, as a small and medium-sized bank, has a certain gap with some big banks in risk management. Its risk management is still in the initial stage, and the level of risk management has failed to meet the rapid development of business. This leads to the constant exposure of the risk problem. This article will make a detailed introduction to the history and present situation of Ningbo Bank's credit card development and the risk management measures in various stages of risk management, including the risk management measures before, during and after the loan. The two typical cases are analyzed in depth to find out the problems existing in the re-risk management. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the credit card risk management of Ningbo Bank, combined with its actual situation, this paper puts forward feasible measures to improve the risk management.
