人民幣國(guó)際化的國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒研究

【摘要】：近年來(lái)，隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)，政治地位的不斷提高，綜合國(guó)力的持續(xù)增強(qiáng)，GDP在世界所占的比重不斷加大，人民幣匯率的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定，使得人民幣的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)和國(guó)際地位不斷提升。 在1997年亞洲金融危機(jī)中，中國(guó)政府表現(xiàn)出高度的責(zé)任感，提高了人民幣國(guó)際化的高度聲望，人民幣作為交易貨幣和國(guó)際結(jié)算手段被周邊國(guó)家和地區(qū)居民逐漸認(rèn)可和接受，大量人民幣在境外流通，人民幣國(guó)際化趨勢(shì)凸顯，因此，探討人民幣國(guó)際化問(wèn)題具有深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。2008年全球金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā)導(dǎo)致世界經(jīng)濟(jì)陷入衰退，暴露了當(dāng)前國(guó)際貨幣體系的嚴(yán)重缺陷，這使得重新構(gòu)建國(guó)際貨幣體系的問(wèn)題再次成為焦點(diǎn)，人民幣借此機(jī)會(huì)應(yīng)加速其國(guó)際化進(jìn)程，在新的國(guó)際貨幣體系中占據(jù)一席之地，這是國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者們密切關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。 人民幣國(guó)際化對(duì)我國(guó)來(lái)說(shuō)具有非常深遠(yuǎn)的意義，我國(guó)不僅可以從人民幣國(guó)際化中獲得來(lái)自各方面的收益，更重要的是可以逐漸提高其在國(guó)際舞臺(tái)中的地位和話語(yǔ)權(quán)，同時(shí)，隨著人民幣國(guó)際化的進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)，我國(guó)同樣會(huì)面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文就是通過(guò)分析五大貨幣的國(guó)際化進(jìn)程，總結(jié)它們?cè)趪?guó)際化進(jìn)程中遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，結(jié)合我國(guó)人民幣國(guó)際化的現(xiàn)狀，設(shè)想人民幣可能會(huì)遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)困難，通過(guò)總結(jié)五大貨幣的經(jīng)驗(yàn)將其規(guī)避到最小，最終尋找出一條適合自己的國(guó)際化道路。 本文分五部分來(lái)闡述這些問(wèn)題： 第一部分為緒論部分，闡述了本文選題的背景和研究意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法、以及文獻(xiàn)綜述相關(guān)內(nèi)容。 第二部分為理論依據(jù)，闡述了貨幣國(guó)際化的基礎(chǔ)理論，主要概括了貨幣國(guó)際化的含義及基于此而得出的人民幣國(guó)際化的基本概念，闡述了貨幣國(guó)際化的條件以及貨幣國(guó)際化的相關(guān)理論。 第三部分首先介紹了要想實(shí)現(xiàn)貨幣國(guó)際化的所具備的條件，然后對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程以及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述，最后分別從國(guó)內(nèi)外角度指出影響人民幣國(guó)際化的主要因素。 第四部分分別闡述了英鎊、美元、歐元、德國(guó)馬克和日元五種貨幣的國(guó)際化經(jīng)歷，其中包括五種貨幣不同階段的發(fā)展情況，分析五大貨幣國(guó)際化的條件，根據(jù)不同貨幣的情況來(lái)總結(jié)對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的啟示，最后總結(jié)其規(guī)律和共性，尋找出更為合適的人民幣國(guó)際化道路。 第五部分總結(jié)前幾章的內(nèi)容，先從人民幣國(guó)際化的路徑選擇來(lái)看，已有少量人民幣在周邊國(guó)家流通使用，因此，應(yīng)更進(jìn)一步提高人民幣在周邊國(guó)家的地位，，以對(duì)抗美元慣性的影響，再實(shí)現(xiàn)更大范圍的區(qū)域化，而后逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)全球范圍的國(guó)際化，最后，歸納總結(jié)全文得出結(jié)論，并提出了增強(qiáng)我國(guó)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，深化金融體制改革，完善政府的宏觀調(diào)控水平等政策建議。

The outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008 has caused the world economy to fall into recession and has exposed the serious shortage of the current international monetary system The problem of re-building the international monetary system is once again the focus, and the Chinese currency takes this opportunity to speed up its internationalization process and take a place in the new international monetary system, which is a close concern to the domestic scholars The internationalization of RMB has a very far-reaching significance to our country, not only can the income from all aspects be obtained from the internationalization of the RMB, but more importantly, it can gradually improve its position and voice in the international stage At the same time, with the process of RMB internationalization, China will also face great challenges In this paper, through the analysis of the internationalization process of the five currencies, this paper summarizes the risks that they encounter in the process of internationalization, and in combination with the current situation of RMB internationalization in our country, it is possible to imagine the risk that the RMB may encounter, and to avoid it by summing up the experience of the five major currencies to the minimum, to find a suitable international This paper is divided into five parts.
