【摘要】：文章通過(guò)分析外資在華并購(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn),論證了外資并購(gòu)對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)安全產(chǎn)生的可能威脅及途徑和方式。認(rèn)為外資并購(gòu)過(guò)度將弱化或動(dòng)搖本土企業(yè)乃至于國(guó)家自主創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ)和持續(xù)性,自主創(chuàng)新能力(尤其是持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力)的下降將會(huì)進(jìn)一步削弱我國(guó)企業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,而一國(guó)或地區(qū)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力及其是否具有持續(xù)性,又決定了該國(guó)或地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全狀況;外資并購(gòu)有可能給我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)安全造成不利影響甚至潛在威脅。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the present situation and characteristics of M & A in China, this paper demonstrates the possible threat to China's economic security caused by M & A with foreign capital, as well as the ways and means. It is considered that the excessive merger and acquisition of foreign capital will weaken or shake the foundation and continuity of national independent innovation, and the decline of independent innovation ability, especially the ability of sustained innovation, will further weaken the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. The international competitiveness of a country or region and its sustainability determine the economic security of the country or region. M & A with foreign capital may cause adverse effects or even potential threats to China's economic security.
