【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,中國企業(yè)在包括周邊國家在內(nèi)的許多發(fā)展中國家開發(fā)建設(shè)各類園區(qū)(包括開發(fā)區(qū)、工業(yè)園區(qū)、物流園區(qū)、工業(yè)新城等),中國政府也出臺了一些政策予以支持(稱之為境外經(jīng)貿(mào)合作區(qū))。經(jīng)過多年發(fā)展,我們有必要對開發(fā)區(qū)"走出去"的過程及國家扶持政策加以總結(jié)并給出新的建議。一、發(fā)展階段(一)企業(yè)自發(fā)行動時期(2005年之前)海爾和福建的華僑實業(yè)都是開發(fā)區(qū)的標(biāo)志性先行者。
