【摘要】：本文分析了外商直接投資在中國(guó)制造業(yè)分布的決定因素,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了海默壟斷競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論對(duì)跨國(guó)公司在中國(guó)制造業(yè)投資的適用性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)壟斷競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論能很好解釋外商在中國(guó)制造業(yè)投資的分布情況;(2)若干行業(yè)因素對(duì)跨國(guó)公司FDI具有重要影響。而后,文章對(duì)助力我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)提出了若干政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the determinants of the distribution of foreign direct investment in China's manufacturing industry, and empirically tests the applicability of Hammer's monopoly competition theory to multinational corporations' investment in China's manufacturing industry. The results show that: (1) the theory of monopoly competition can explain the distribution of foreign investment in Chinese manufacturing industry; (2) some industry factors have important influence on the FDI of MNCs. Then, the article puts forward some policy suggestions to help our country's industrial structure upgrade.
