【摘要】：隨著我國金融業(yè)對外開放步伐的不斷加快,以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的迅速發(fā)展,我國商業(yè)銀行面臨著巨大的經(jīng)營壓力。一方面原有的單一渠道經(jīng)營模式無法滿足客戶多元化、個性化的業(yè)務(wù)需求,另一方面還要想方設(shè)法降低經(jīng)營成本。在這樣的背景下,渠道轉(zhuǎn)型成為大多數(shù)商業(yè)銀行的必然選擇。本文在深入分析研究我國商業(yè)銀行渠道轉(zhuǎn)型存在的問題以及面臨的挑戰(zhàn)的同時,借鑒先進(jìn)商業(yè)銀行在渠道發(fā)展方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在此基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合我國商業(yè)銀行的客觀現(xiàn)狀,闡述了商業(yè)銀行渠道轉(zhuǎn)型的方向和路徑,并進(jìn)一步提出了“統(tǒng)一多渠道管理理念,設(shè)立相應(yīng)機(jī)制;明確互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融戰(zhàn)略,合理配置資源;建立堅實(shí)技術(shù)構(gòu)架,支持渠道轉(zhuǎn)型;優(yōu)化轉(zhuǎn)型流程,提高渠道運(yùn)作效率”作為我國商業(yè)銀行渠道轉(zhuǎn)型的策略選擇。
[Abstract]:With the quickening of the pace of opening up to the outside world and the rapid development of Internet finance, Chinese commercial banks are facing enormous operating pressure. On the one hand, the original single channel business model can not meet the needs of diversified and individualized business, on the other hand, we must find ways to reduce operating costs. In this context, channel transformation has become the inevitable choice of most commercial banks. While deeply analyzing the problems and challenges of channel transformation of commercial banks in China, this paper draws lessons from the experience of advanced commercial banks in channel development, and on this basis, combines the objective situation of commercial banks in our country. This paper expounds the direction and path of channel transformation of commercial banks, and further puts forward the idea of unified multi-channel management and sets up the corresponding mechanism; Clear Internet financial strategy, reasonable allocation of resources; establish a solid technical framework to support channel transformation; optimize the transformation process, improve channel operation efficiency "as the strategic choice of channel transformation of commercial banks in China."
