我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展模式研究

【摘要】:自1995年7月我國(guó)首個(gè)城市商業(yè)銀行成立以來(lái),至今已經(jīng)達(dá)到147家。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的錘煉,城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展取得了令人矚目的成績(jī),已成為中國(guó)銀行業(yè)繼國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行、股份制商業(yè)銀行之后的“第三梯隊(duì)”。在監(jiān)管政策的引領(lǐng)推動(dòng)、地方政府的大力支持和城市商業(yè)銀行自我?jiàn)^斗等多方面的共同努力下,城市商業(yè)銀行正在闊步邁向發(fā)展的大道上。從中國(guó)金融業(yè)的“定時(shí)炸彈”到成為銀行體系中最生機(jī)勃勃的群體之一。 但是伴隨著國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行和股份制銀行的發(fā)展,外資銀行的涌入,銀行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也日益激烈,城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展也愈發(fā)艱難。在機(jī)會(huì)與挑戰(zhàn)并存的環(huán)境下,城市商業(yè)銀行想持久的提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,取得更加長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展,就必須找到適合自身的發(fā)展模式。 本文深入而系統(tǒng)的分析城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、治理結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性和經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展中的作用,采用與國(guó)外中小銀行的比較分析和定性分析的方法,陳述了城市商業(yè)銀行面臨的發(fā)展問(wèn)題以及造成的影響,提出了具體的改進(jìn)方式。 研究主要內(nèi)容:首先,簡(jiǎn)要的概述城市商業(yè)銀行的現(xiàn)行的發(fā)展模式和存在的主要問(wèn)題:市場(chǎng)定位模糊、治理結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、缺乏創(chuàng)新和人才缺失。然后通過(guò)描述國(guó)外中小銀行的特點(diǎn),并根據(jù)比較分析,指出了城市商業(yè)銀行借鑒國(guó)外中小銀行發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的可行之處。最后綜上所述,為城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展模式提出了對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the first city commercial bank in our country in July 1995, it has reached 147. After years of practice, the development of urban commercial banks has made remarkable achievements, and has become the "third echelon" of China's banking industry after the state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks. With the guidance of supervision policy, the support of local government and the joint efforts of city commercial banks, the city commercial banks are striding forward to the road of development. From the time bomb in China's financial sector to becoming one of the most dynamic groups in the banking system. However, with the development of state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock banks and the influx of foreign banks, the competition of banking is becoming increasingly fierce, and the development of urban commercial banks is becoming more and more difficult. In the environment of co-existence of opportunities and challenges, the city commercial banks must find their own development model if they want to improve their competitiveness and achieve more long-term development. This article deeply and systematically analyzes the present situation of the city commercial bank, the particularity of the governance structure and the function of the management development, adopts the comparative analysis and the qualitative analysis method with the foreign small and medium-sized bank. This paper describes the development problems faced by city commercial banks and their impact, and puts forward some concrete ways to improve them. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the current development model and main problems of urban commercial banks are briefly summarized: the market positioning is vague, the governance structure is unreasonable, the lack of innovation and the lack of talents. Then, by describing the characteristics of foreign small and medium-sized banks, and according to the comparative analysis, the paper points out the feasibility of city commercial banks to learn from the development experience of foreign small and medium-sized banks. In the end, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development mode of city commercial banks.
