【摘要】：此次金融危機(jī)使我們深刻認(rèn)識到始終以服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟(jì)需求為目標(biāo),并維持相對穩(wěn)健的杠桿水平,是中國金融業(yè)在危機(jī)中保持較好表現(xiàn)的根本原因。長期來看,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展取決于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式的成功轉(zhuǎn)型。在這一過程中,金融業(yè)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展是重中之重,而這又與金融業(yè)監(jiān)管高度相關(guān)。本文在剖析當(dāng)前中國金融業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的風(fēng)險和機(jī)遇的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒后危機(jī)時代國際金融監(jiān)管的改進(jìn)經(jīng)驗,提出金融業(yè)監(jiān)管要探索"中國模式",而這一模式的基礎(chǔ)是穩(wěn)健高效并具有國際競爭力的金融業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The financial crisis has made us realize that the aim of serving the demand of the real economy and maintaining a relatively stable level of leverage are the fundamental reasons for China's financial industry to maintain a good performance in the crisis. In the long run, the sustained and stable development of China's economy depends on the successful transformation of its economic development model. In this process, the sustained and steady development of the financial industry is the top priority, which is highly related to the financial industry regulation. On the basis of analyzing the risks and opportunities existing in the development of China's financial industry at present, this paper draws lessons from the experience of the improvement of international financial supervision in the post-crisis era, and puts forward that the supervision of the financial industry should explore the "Chinese model". This model is based on a robust and efficient and internationally competitive financial industry.
