【摘要】：許多研究表明FDI對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)有推動(dòng)作用。江蘇省和廣東省是全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)引進(jìn)外資最成功的兩個(gè)代表性省份，，故本文以江蘇、廣東兩省作為研究對(duì)象，從比較角度出發(fā)來(lái)研究外商直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)的關(guān)系。文章試圖通過(guò)對(duì)近二十多年來(lái)江蘇、廣東兩省FDI和出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)的分析，總結(jié)FDI與兩省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)之間的聯(lián)系，并從理論上來(lái)解釋這種聯(lián)系。 文章首先概述了與本文研究相關(guān)的FDI理論，在此基礎(chǔ)上，通過(guò)對(duì)江蘇、廣東兩省利用外商直接投資的比較分析，探討了外商直接投資改善兩省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的直接影響效應(yīng)。這種效應(yīng)主要表現(xiàn)在出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的變化上。因此本文運(yùn)用一元線性回歸模型分析了外商直接投資對(duì)江蘇、廣東兩省初級(jí)產(chǎn)品出口、工業(yè)制成品出口及其高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口的影響。研究結(jié)果認(rèn)為外商直接投資與江蘇、廣東出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)有較大的相關(guān)性，外商直接投資促進(jìn)了江蘇、廣東兩省的工業(yè)制成品出口，對(duì)工業(yè)制成品中機(jī)電產(chǎn)品、高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口的增長(zhǎng)也起到了極大的提升作用，優(yōu)化了兩省的出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)。 文章的最后針對(duì)外商直接投資對(duì)江蘇、廣東出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的影響，給出了幾點(diǎn)結(jié)論：外商直接投資改善了兩省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)；并且，江蘇省利用外商直接投資發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ笥趶V東省。
[Abstract]:Many studies show that FDI can promote the upgrading of industrial structure. Jiangsu Province and Guangdong Province are the two most successful representative provinces to introduce foreign capital in the whole country. Therefore, this paper studies the relationship between FDI and industrial structure change from the perspective of comparison between Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces. By analyzing the evolution of FDI and export commodity structure of Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces in recent twenty years, this paper summarizes the relationship between FDI and the changes of industrial structure of the two provinces, and explains this connection theoretically. Firstly, this paper summarizes the FDI theory related to this paper, and on this basis, through the comparative analysis of Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces using foreign direct investment, discusses the direct effect of foreign direct investment to improve the industrial structure of the two provinces. This effect is mainly manifested in the change of export commodity structure. Therefore, this paper analyzes the effects of FDI on the export of primary products, manufactured products and high-tech products in Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces by using the univariate linear regression model. The results show that FDI has a significant correlation with the structure of export commodities in Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces. FDI has promoted the export of manufactured goods in Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces, and the mechanical and electrical products in manufactured goods. High-tech export growth also played a great role in improving the export structure of the two provinces. In the end of this paper, the author points out that FDI has improved the industrial structure of Jiangsu province and Guangdong province, and the development potential of FDI in Jiangsu province is greater than that in Guangdong province.
