【摘要】：國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)對(duì)外直接投資技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的研究大多以發(fā)達(dá)國家對(duì)發(fā)展中國家進(jìn)行對(duì)外直接投資的技術(shù)溢出為研究對(duì)象，并且取得了許多代表性的成果；而以發(fā)展中國家企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資為研究對(duì)象，，分析投資行為對(duì)母國國內(nèi)技術(shù)進(jìn)步影響的研究相對(duì)較少，取得的成果也相對(duì)較少。為進(jìn)一步研究提供了廣闊的空間。自我國實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略以來，我國大量有實(shí)力的企業(yè)走出國門，積極的對(duì)外擴(kuò)張，為研究我國企業(yè)進(jìn)行技術(shù)尋求型對(duì)外直接投資提高了大量的案例和事實(shí)依據(jù)；隨著我國統(tǒng)計(jì)制度的不斷完善，使研究這一領(lǐng)域的數(shù)據(jù)不斷完善，為研究這一領(lǐng)域提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持。 文章首先介紹了論文的選題背景、選題意義、研究現(xiàn)狀與研究方法及論文結(jié)構(gòu)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)，并對(duì)幾個(gè)主要的概念進(jìn)行了界定。緊接著介紹對(duì)外直接投資逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的相關(guān)理論。主要從以下三個(gè)方面展開討論，首先介紹關(guān)于發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家的關(guān)于對(duì)外外接直接投資的理論成果，然后分析了進(jìn)行對(duì)外直接投資獲取技術(shù)的動(dòng)因分析，最后從逆向技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移，研發(fā)成果反饋，研發(fā)費(fèi)用分?jǐn)偧氨就粱?jīng)營反饋四個(gè)方面介紹逆向技術(shù)溢出的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)理。本文第三部分是國內(nèi)外技術(shù)尋求型對(duì)外直接投資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析。本章重點(diǎn)部分是從主體選擇、產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇、區(qū)位選擇和市場進(jìn)入方式四個(gè)方面分析我國企業(yè)技術(shù)尋求型對(duì)外直接投資的發(fā)展。第四部分是實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)部分，在借鑒C-H和LP的相關(guān)研究，結(jié)合我國對(duì)外直接投資實(shí)踐，構(gòu)建了國際RD溢出模型以檢驗(yàn)?zāi)嫦蚣夹g(shù)溢出的大小。結(jié)果顯示：以技術(shù)尋求為目的的對(duì)外直接投資能夠促進(jìn)我國全要素生產(chǎn)率的提高。文章最后為政策建議部分，結(jié)合研究結(jié)論和我國對(duì)外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀，分別從國家層面和企業(yè)層面提出相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Most of the researches on FDI technology spillover effect at home and abroad focus on the FDI spillover from developed countries to developing countries, and many representative results have been obtained. However, taking the FDI of developing country enterprises as the research object, the research on the impact of investment behavior on the domestic technological progress of the home country is relatively few, and the results obtained are relatively few. It provides a wide space for further study. Since the implementation of the "going out" strategy in China, a large number of powerful enterprises in our country have gone out of the country and actively expanded abroad, which has raised a large number of cases and factual basis for the study of technology seeking foreign direct investment (FDI) of Chinese enterprises. With the continuous improvement of our country's statistical system, the data in this field are constantly improved, which provides data support for the study of this field. Firstly, the paper introduces the background, significance, research status, research methods, structure and innovation of the thesis, and defines several main concepts. Then it introduces the theory of reverse technology spillover effect of foreign direct investment. This paper mainly discusses the following three aspects: firstly, it introduces the theoretical achievements of foreign direct investment in developed and developing countries, and then analyzes the motivation of acquiring technology from foreign direct investment. Finally, the realization mechanism of reverse technology spillover is introduced from four aspects: reverse technology transfer, research and development achievement feedback, R & D expense allocation and localization management feedback. The third part of this paper is an analysis of the development of technology-seeking FDI at home and abroad. The main part of this chapter is to analyze the development of technology seeking FDI in China from four aspects: subject selection, industry choice, location choice and market entry mode. The fourth part is the empirical test part, in reference to C-H and LP related research, combined with China's foreign direct investment practice, build an international RD spillover model to test the size of reverse technology spillover. The results show that foreign direct investment (FDI) aiming at technology seeking can promote the increase of total factor productivity (TFP) in China. The last part of the paper is the policy suggestion part, combining the conclusion of the research and the current situation of our country's foreign direct investment, put forward the related policy suggestion from the national level and the enterprise level respectively.
