【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的條件下,出口貿(mào)易和外商直接投資(FDl)日益融為一體,而實(shí)踐表明,FDI在我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位越來(lái)越重要,現(xiàn)已成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)不可或缺的一個(gè)組成部分,尤其是在我國(guó)的出口貿(mào)易中扮演著日益重要的角色。FDI的大量引進(jìn)與我國(guó)出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,這二者之間是否存在著一定的聯(lián)系呢?FDI是否有助于改善我國(guó)的出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)?這是關(guān)系到我國(guó)有關(guān)政策的制定和實(shí)踐的重大問(wèn)題,并將為我國(guó)的外資政策起到積極的支持作用,同時(shí)也是對(duì)過(guò)去20多年利用外資經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié),更是對(duì)未來(lái)利用外資策略的前期探索。我國(guó)在吸收利用FDI的過(guò)程中存在不少問(wèn)題,因此,如何更好的吸收利用FDI,以促進(jìn)我國(guó)出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)健康、穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展,是我國(guó)應(yīng)該重視和亟待解決的問(wèn)題。 本文的選題立足于河北省現(xiàn)階段外商直接投資與出口貿(mào)易的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,基于對(duì)外直接投資與貿(mào)易關(guān)系理論和現(xiàn)有的研究,從出口貿(mào)易總量、出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)兩個(gè)方面考察利用外資對(duì)河北省出口貿(mào)易的作用。在過(guò)去的多年中,外商直接投資對(duì)河北省對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化做出了積極貢獻(xiàn),尤其是在出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)方面,不僅促進(jìn)了河北工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,也促進(jìn)了高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)與高加工度化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。 面對(duì)國(guó)際與國(guó)內(nèi)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,洞察和把握外商來(lái)華投資新態(tài)勢(shì),是新時(shí)期進(jìn)一步做好利用外資工作的重要前提。對(duì)于河北省對(duì)外貿(mào)易和外商直接投資的特殊性,我們應(yīng)該采取必要的措施,減少制約河北省利用外資的主要因素來(lái)進(jìn)一步利用外資改善河北省的對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),同時(shí)最大限度的避免外資對(duì)對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)帶來(lái)的負(fù)面影響。本文基于河北省近些年的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)入手,運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)知識(shí)對(duì)FDI與河北省出口貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)、貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)變化之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,找出外貿(mào)與外資政策發(fā)展中的不足,能夠使貿(mào)易政策、外資政策與產(chǎn)業(yè)政策更加配套與協(xié)調(diào),出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,通過(guò)出口貿(mào)易與外商直接投資的雙重作用來(lái)促進(jìn)河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,最終為河北省如何吸引外資以優(yōu)化出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)提出了有效的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of economic globalization, export trade and foreign direct investment (FDl) are being integrated day by day. However, the practice shows that FDI plays an increasingly important role in China's economy and has become an indispensable part of our economy. In particular, it plays an increasingly important role in China's export trade. Is there a certain connection between the introduction of FDI and the optimization of China's export commodity structure? does FDI help to improve the structure of China's export commodities? This is a major issue related to the formulation and practice of relevant policies in China, and will play a positive role in supporting China's foreign investment policy, as well as a summary of the experience of using foreign capital in the past 20 years and more. It is also the early exploration of the strategy of utilizing foreign capital in the future. There are many problems in the process of absorbing and utilizing FDI in our country. Therefore, how to absorb and utilize FDI, better in order to promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of China's export trade structure is a problem that our country should pay attention to and solve urgently. This thesis is based on the current situation of foreign direct investment and export trade in Hebei Province, based on the theory of foreign direct investment and trade relations and existing research, from the total volume of export trade. The function of utilizing foreign capital to export trade of Hebei Province is investigated in two aspects of export trade structure. In the past years, foreign direct investment (FDI) has made positive contributions to the optimization of Hebei's foreign trade structure, especially in the export trade structure, which has not only promoted the development of Hebei's industrialization process. It also promotes the development of high-tech industry and high-processing degree industry. In the face of the new economic environment at home and abroad, it is an important prerequisite for further making good use of foreign capital in the new period to understand and grasp the new situation of foreign investment in China. With regard to the particularity of foreign trade and foreign direct investment in Hebei Province, we should take necessary measures to reduce the main factors restricting the utilization of foreign capital in Hebei Province to further improve the foreign trade structure of Hebei Province. Promote the upgrading of industrial structure and avoid the negative influence of foreign capital on foreign trade structure. Based on the statistical data of Hebei Province in recent years, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between FDI and the growth of export trade and the change of trade structure of Hebei Province by using the relevant statistical knowledge of econometrics. To find out the deficiencies in the development of foreign trade and foreign investment policies, so as to make trade policies, foreign investment policies and industrial policies more compatible and coordinated, and to further optimize the structure of export trade. Through the dual role of export trade and foreign direct investment to promote the economic development of Hebei Province, finally for Hebei Province to attract foreign investment in order to optimize the structure of export trade put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions.
