【摘要】：本文基于2003年至2010年國(guó)內(nèi)26家商業(yè)銀行的面板數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證研究國(guó)外關(guān)于銀行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與資產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的三種理論在中國(guó)的實(shí)際情形,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)銀行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與資產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)呈U型關(guān)系,現(xiàn)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀態(tài)可能已經(jīng)越過(guò)拐點(diǎn),意味著此時(shí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇會(huì)進(jìn)一步加大資產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),同時(shí)宏觀因素對(duì)銀行資產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)方面的影響并不顯著。我們還對(duì)以往文獻(xiàn)中衡量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了梳理和探討,并決定采用結(jié)構(gòu)性指標(biāo)作為衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。文章最后建議,在金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加劇的今天,除了限制城商行盲目擴(kuò)張外,還需提高銀行自身的金融服務(wù)能力,調(diào)整業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略結(jié)構(gòu),改變銀行業(yè)的粗放經(jīng)營(yíng)方式,降低銀行資產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從而維持金融體系的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 26 domestic commercial banks from 2003 to 2010, this paper empirically studies the three theories about banking structure and asset risk in China, and finds that there is a U-shaped relationship between banking competition and asset risk in China. The current state of competition may have crossed the inflection point, which means that the intensification of competition will further increase the risk of assets at this time, while the impact of macro factors on the risk of bank assets is not significant. We also combed and discussed the indicators used in the past to measure the degree of competition, and decided to use structural indicators as the measurement criteria. At the end of the article, it is suggested that in today's increasingly competitive financial industry, in addition to restricting the blind expansion of city commercial banks, it is also necessary to improve the banks' own financial service capacity, adjust the business strategy structure, and change the extensive operation mode of the banking industry. Reduce the risk of bank assets, thereby maintaining the stability of the financial system.
