【摘要】：支付業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)歷了從貝殼到銅幣，從紙幣到電子貨幣的過程，，并且他的發(fā)展沒有停止，更多方便、快捷、安全的支付方式將陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)并被市場和用戶所接受，手機支付業(yè)務(wù)在中國擁有巨大的市場潛力，據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計中國擁有手機用戶7億人，以什么樣的方式和手段通過手機引導(dǎo)用戶的消費，培養(yǎng)持卡人的用卡習(xí)慣，最終為通訊運營商金融機構(gòu)創(chuàng)造最終的利益是是本文主要探討的問題。 本文以手機支付為對象，通過調(diào)查法、定量分析法、探索性研究法以及運用波特五力模型等研究方法，從國際發(fā)展到國內(nèi)發(fā)展，對手機支付行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，分析了手機支付行業(yè)如今存在的問題以及所帶來的影響，并且針對解決這些問題介紹了銀聯(lián)商務(wù)HB公司的手機支付業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展模式，通過波特兀立模型和SOWT分析法分析市場結(jié)構(gòu)、市場需求以及銀聯(lián)商務(wù)HB公司手機支付業(yè)務(wù)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境因素。 本文通過對銀聯(lián)商務(wù)HB公司的手機支付項目研究，探討了在人民銀行辦法支付牌照后對于新型支付方式的如何規(guī)范的問題，同時對手機支付這樣新型的創(chuàng)新支付手段的商業(yè)模式和可持續(xù)性發(fā)展模式提出了建設(shè)性的意見，為銀聯(lián)商務(wù)HB公司手機支付業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方向以及國內(nèi)手機支付業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方向提出的方案及評價，對銀聯(lián)商務(wù)HB公司手機支付業(yè)務(wù)下一步的發(fā)展方向和實施步驟等問題具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The payment business has gone through a process from shell to copper coins, from paper money to electronic currency, and its development has not stopped. More convenient, fast and safe payment methods will emerge and will be accepted by the market and users one after another. The mobile phone payment business has huge market potential in China. According to incomplete statistics, China has 700 million mobile phone users. In what ways and means can we guide users' consumption through mobile phones and cultivate cardholders' habit of using cards? Finally, creating the final benefits for the financial institutions of telecom operators is the main problem discussed in this paper. This article regards mobile phone payment as the object, through the investigation method, the quantitative analysis method, the exploratory research method and uses the Porter five forces model and so on research method, develops from the international to the domestic development, the present situation of the mobile phone payment industry. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the mobile phone payment industry and its impact, and introduces the development mode of the mobile phone payment business of UnionPay Business HB Company in order to solve these problems. This paper analyzes the market structure, market demand and the internal and external environmental factors of the mobile phone payment business of UnionPay Commercial HB Company through Porter's model and SOWT analysis. Through the research on the mobile phone payment project of UnionPay Commercial HB Company, this paper discusses how to standardize the new payment method after the people's Bank of China (PBOC) pays the license plate. At the same time, it puts forward constructive opinions on the business model and sustainable development model of the new innovative means of payment, such as mobile phone payment. The project and evaluation of mobile phone payment business development direction of UnionPay Business HB Company and domestic mobile phone payment service development direction, It has certain reference value for the next development direction and implementation steps of mobile phone payment business of UnionPay Business HB Company.
