【摘要】：近年來,微小企業(yè)融資難的問題逐漸成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)之一。由于受多年來商業(yè)銀行對(duì)于微小企業(yè)貸款的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)持有懷疑態(tài)度等因素的影響,很少有商業(yè)銀行開展針對(duì)微小企業(yè)貸款的業(yè)務(wù)。在我國政府的大力支持下,越來越多的商業(yè)銀行開始涉足這一領(lǐng)域,但發(fā)展速度卻一直緩慢,這一方面和銀行管理層的戰(zhàn)略和信貸模式選擇有關(guān),另一方面也和信貸隊(duì)伍的建立和培養(yǎng)有關(guān)。雖然很多銀行也逐漸意識(shí)到了這一點(diǎn),但卻少有關(guān)于培訓(xùn)的研究。本研究就包商銀行微小企業(yè)貸款業(yè)務(wù)的培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析,提出在現(xiàn)有培訓(xùn)機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上如何完善培訓(xùn)體系及具體實(shí)施措施,切實(shí)解決目前的培訓(xùn)工作中存在的問題,以更好地促進(jìn)微小企業(yè)貸款信貸隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。同時(shí),希望對(duì)開展微小企業(yè)貸款業(yè)務(wù)的其他商業(yè)銀行如何完善培訓(xùn)體系、提高培訓(xùn)能力也具有一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the financing of micro-enterprises has gradually become one of the focus of attention. Due to the fact that commercial banks have been sceptical about the high risk of micro-enterprise loans for many years, few commercial banks carry out the business of micro-enterprise loans. With the strong support of our government, more and more commercial banks are beginning to get involved in this field, but the pace of development has been slow, which is related to the strategy of bank management and the choice of credit model. On the other hand, it is also related to the establishment and cultivation of credit force. While many banks have come to realize this, little research has been done on training. Based on the analysis of the current training situation of micro-enterprise loan business in contractor bank, this study puts forward how to improve the training system and concrete implementation measures on the basis of the existing training mechanism, so as to effectively solve the problems existing in the current training work. In order to better promote the construction of small-and-micro-enterprise loan credit team. At the same time, it is hoped that how to improve the training system and improve the training ability of other commercial banks that carry out micro-enterprise loan business also has certain reference and guidance significance.
