【摘要】：中國的外匯儲備量經(jīng)過近年來的高速增長后已達到相當高的規(guī)模,如何適當降低中國高額外匯儲備并提高外匯儲備利用效率已成為學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的問題。通過實證分析得出中國的實際外匯儲備量已經(jīng)偏離其最優(yōu)規(guī)模。在后金融危機時期運用外匯儲備應(yīng)對金融危機沖擊是化解高額外匯儲備、提高經(jīng)濟運行效率的有效方法。
[Abstract]:After the rapid growth of foreign exchange reserves in recent years, China's foreign exchange reserves have reached a rather high scale. How to properly reduce China's high foreign exchange reserves and improve the utilization efficiency of foreign exchange reserves has become a concern of academic circles. The empirical analysis shows that China's actual foreign exchange reserve has deviated from its optimal size. Using foreign exchange reserve to deal with the impact of financial crisis in the post-financial crisis is an effective way to resolve the high foreign exchange reserve and improve the efficiency of economic operation.
