民生銀行貴陽分行社區(qū)金融商業(yè)模式研究

【摘要】:近幾年,國內外形勢正發(fā)生著深刻變化,國內經濟發(fā)展出現疲軟態(tài)勢,隨著經濟體制和金融體制改革的進一步推進,不斷深化的利率市場化改革收窄了銀行存貸利差,對我國股份制商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)盈利模式提出了挑戰(zhàn),商業(yè)銀行亟需加快經營管理的改革和業(yè)務模式的轉型。與此同時,中小微企業(yè)一直以來是我國國家經濟的重要主體,是推動經濟增長重要活力源泉,在國內經濟轉型背景下發(fā)揮的作用越來越重要,但我國中小微企業(yè)始終面臨著較大的融資難題,極大地約束了中小微企業(yè)發(fā)展。成功的國際經驗表明,發(fā)展社區(qū)銀行不僅是金融系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,更能有效降低金融體系的系統(tǒng)風險。以零售業(yè)務為重心的社區(qū)銀行能夠填補大型銀行在金融市場上的業(yè)務空白,深化一國金融市場層次,有效促進中小微企業(yè)融資環(huán)境的改善,為國民經濟注入活力,對促進國家經濟發(fā)展具有重大的現實意義。因此,國內眾多商業(yè)銀行將發(fā)展社區(qū)銀行作為零售業(yè)務轉型的重要戰(zhàn)略選擇,社區(qū)銀行的商業(yè)模式能否在中國金融市場上站穩(wěn)腳跟,是未來國內商業(yè)銀行在競爭激烈的市場中贏得先機的關鍵。當前,我國社區(qū)銀行仍屬于新生事物,有必要對社區(qū)銀行的商業(yè)模式和實踐方面進行探索和加強實證研究來進一步完善其運營機制及經營管理。本文立足貴陽市具體情況,以發(fā)展“小微金融”和“小區(qū)金融”為社區(qū)銀行主要業(yè)務的民生銀行貴陽分行為案例,采用實地問卷調查方法,深入調查貴陽市金融市場現狀及居民對社區(qū)銀行業(yè)務偏好,從客戶類型、社區(qū)分類、居民對金融產品及非金融服務等維度分析貴陽市居民的需求與偏好,指出當前社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展中存在市場定位模糊、產品創(chuàng)新不足、零售業(yè)務違約率上升等問題。提出貴陽市民生銀行發(fā)展社區(qū)銀行應積極抓住機遇,充分發(fā)揮社區(qū)優(yōu)勢,精細市場定位,結合4R營銷理論來提高經營管理水平,并完善風險控制體系,從而促進自身的發(fā)展,針對現階段存在的問題提出解決對策與建議,旨在提高社區(qū)銀行的核心競爭力,優(yōu)化社區(qū)銀行的內、外環(huán)境,促進貴陽市社區(qū)銀行的健康、良序、持續(xù)發(fā)展,為社區(qū)銀行的發(fā)展提供有益的探索。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the situation at home and abroad is undergoing profound changes, and the domestic economic development is weak. With the further development of the economic system and the financial system reform, the deepening interest rate marketization reform has narrowed the bank deposit and loan spreads. The traditional profit model of joint-stock commercial banks in China has been challenged. It is urgent for commercial banks to speed up the reform of management and the transformation of business models. At the same time, small and medium-sized enterprises have always been the main body of China's national economy, an important source of vitality to promote economic growth, and play an increasingly important role in the context of domestic economic transformation. However, the small and medium-sized enterprises in China are always faced with great financing problems, which greatly constrains the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The successful international experience shows that the development of community banks is not only an important part of the financial system, but also an effective way to reduce the systemic risk of the financial system. Community banks, which focus on retail business, can fill the gap in the financial market of large banks, deepen the financial market level of a country, effectively promote the improvement of the financing environment for small and medium-sized enterprises, and inject vitality into the national economy. To promote national economic development has great practical significance. Therefore, many commercial banks in China regard the development of community banks as an important strategic choice for the transformation of retail business. Can the commercial model of community banks take a firm foothold in the Chinese financial market? It is the key for domestic commercial banks to win the first chance in the competitive market. At present, the community bank in our country is still a new thing, it is necessary to explore and strengthen the empirical research on the commercial model and practice of the community bank in order to further improve its operation mechanism and management. Based on the specific situation of Guiyang City, this paper takes the Minsheng Bank Guiyang Branch, which develops "small micro-finance" and "community finance" as the main business of the community bank, as a case study, and adopts the method of questionnaire survey on the spot. By investigating the present situation of financial market and residents' preference for community banking in Guiyang, the paper analyzes the needs and preferences of residents in Guiyang from the aspects of customer type, community classification, financial products and non-financial services. It is pointed out that there are some problems in the development of community banks, such as vague market orientation, insufficient product innovation and rising default rate of retail business. The paper puts forward that Guiyang Minsheng Bank should actively seize the opportunity, give full play to the advantages of the community, finely position the market, combine with the 4R marketing theory to improve the management level and perfect the risk control system, so as to promote its own development. In order to improve the core competitiveness of community banks, optimize the internal and external environment of community banks, and promote the healthy, orderly and sustainable development of the community banks in Guiyang City, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problems existing at the present stage. To provide beneficial exploration for the development of community bank.
