H銀行全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系狀況研究
[Abstract]:H Bank is a local joint-stock commercial bank growing up in black land. Over the past few years, with the support of local governments and regulatory authorities, it has achieved rapid leap-forward development from local to the whole country, but with its own rapid development. The drawbacks and defects of the original comprehensive risk management system are gradually becoming the main factors restricting the healthy and sustainable development of the bank. Optimizing and improving the original comprehensive risk management system is the only way for H Bank to realize the healthy and sustainable development. Based on the thorough analysis of H Bank's original comprehensive risk management system, this paper puts forward a series of optimization countermeasures and schemes. Based on the theory and practice of international banking risk management, this paper firstly analyzes the comprehensive risk management system of H Bank, including strategic policy, management structure, system process, performance appraisal, technical measures, etc. The internal factors are analyzed from the aspects of personnel quality, and the external factors are analyzed from the aspects of operating environment, supervision background and the present situation of risk management in domestic banks. On this basis, using the risk management theory and research method, this paper points out the improvement ideas and methods of optimizing H bank's overall risk management system, taking the clear strategic direction of risk management as the core, puts forward the unified value, comprehensively implements, and encourages the forerunner. Professional division of labor, technical support, coordination and mutual aid optimization and improvement principles. Finally, from the aspects of organizational structure reform, employee performance reform, the introduction of technical talents, tamping management technology, promoting risk culture and other aspects, this paper puts forward a set of countermeasures and suggestions for improvement. This paper makes a theoretical and practical attempt to improve the comprehensive risk management of H Bank in order to provide a set of effective improvement schemes for the city banks such as H Bank to promote the overall risk management. In order to improve the risk management level of the domestic city commercial banks to carry on the beneficial exploration.
