哈行沈陽(yáng)分行人力資源管理激勵(lì)機(jī)制方案設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)人類進(jìn)入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,銀行間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)由傳統(tǒng)以“物”為基礎(chǔ)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)移到以“人”為基礎(chǔ)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。人才成為銀行最為寶貴的“第一資源”,并最終決定著銀行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與發(fā)展前景。這便要求銀行必須重視人力資源管理,提供與其價(jià)值相適應(yīng)的報(bào)酬,以便激發(fā)銀行員工的工作積極性,提升銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 人力資源管理作為商業(yè)銀行贏得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)實(shí)現(xiàn)資產(chǎn)持續(xù)增值的關(guān)鍵,,已經(jīng)成為了當(dāng)代商業(yè)銀行在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)提高自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的源泉所在,人力資源管理的狀態(tài)和效果對(duì)商業(yè)銀行整體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和發(fā)展影響重大。由于這種結(jié)果產(chǎn)生的原因所致,商業(yè)銀行對(duì)于自身的人力資源管理方面的政策的效用以及員工的工作的績(jī)效給予了更多的重視。對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行的人力資源方面的投入情況是否實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)期的目標(biāo),對(duì)于人力資源的管理時(shí)候能夠和銀行自身設(shè)定的目標(biāo)一致的時(shí)候?qū)崿F(xiàn)了能夠和銀行所處的內(nèi)部外部環(huán)境保持一致,是否實(shí)現(xiàn)能夠與銀行其他部門(mén)的職能相互互補(bǔ)等等,對(duì)這些方面都會(huì)有一定的影響的。商業(yè)銀行人力資源管理部門(mén)有必要對(duì)人力資源管理工作的計(jì)劃與實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行檢查,以作為持續(xù)改善的依據(jù)。怎樣實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)銀行對(duì)于人力資源管理方面的績(jī)效研究和評(píng)價(jià),一直以來(lái)都被社會(huì)所關(guān)注。 當(dāng)前的國(guó)內(nèi)的專家,雖然在對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行的人力資源管理方面,特別是在激勵(lì)機(jī)制的研究方面,研究得出了一些適用于定性和定量分析的方法和分析模型,而且也取得了一些研究成果。但總體來(lái)說(shuō)許多研究尚處于理念探索階段。本文結(jié)合哈爾濱銀行沈陽(yáng)分行的具體情況,研究了哈爾濱銀行沈陽(yáng)分行人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建了適合哈爾濱銀行沈陽(yáng)分行人力資源管理的激勵(lì)機(jī)制方案,以識(shí)別人力資源管理對(duì)提高哈爾濱銀行沈陽(yáng)分行的組織效率,尋求提高哈爾濱銀行沈陽(yáng)分行人力資源管理績(jī)效的途徑。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, human beings have entered the era of knowledge economy, the competition among banks has been gradually transferred from the traditional competition based on "things" to the competition based on "people". Talents become the most valuable "first resource" of banks, and ultimately determine the market competition and development prospects of banking. This requires banks to attach importance to human resource management and provide compensation commensurate with its value in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of bank employees and enhance the competitiveness of banks. Human resource management, as the key for commercial banks to gain competitive advantage and realize the sustained appreciation of assets, has become the source of improving their competitiveness in the process of market competition. The state and effect of human resource management have great influence on the overall economic benefit and development of commercial banks. As a result of this result, commercial banks pay more attention to the effectiveness of their own human resource management policies and the performance of their staff. With regard to whether the investment in human resources of commercial banks has achieved the expected objectives, When the management of human resources is consistent with the goals set by the bank itself, it is able to achieve consistency with the internal and external environment of the bank, whether it can complement the functions of other departments of the bank, and so on. Will have a certain impact on these aspects. It is necessary for the HR management department of commercial banks to check the plan and implementation of HRM as the basis for continuous improvement. How to realize the performance research and evaluation of human resource management in commercial banks has been concerned by the society all the time. Current domestic experts, although in the field of human resource management of commercial banks, especially in the research of incentive mechanism, have obtained some methods and analytical models suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Some research results have also been obtained. But generally speaking, many studies are still in the stage of conceptual exploration. According to the specific situation of Harbin Bank Shenyang Branch, this paper studies the present situation and problems of human resource management of Harbin Bank Shenyang Branch, and constructs an incentive mechanism scheme suitable for Harbin Bank Shenyang Branch Human Resource Management. In order to identify the human resource management to improve the organizational efficiency of Harbin Bank of Shenyang Branch, seek to improve the performance of human resources management of Harbin Bank Shenyang Branch.
