【摘要】：從20世紀(jì)90年代開(kāi)始，我國(guó)利用外商直接投資的規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大，極大的促進(jìn)了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的向上發(fā)展。可是，隨著外商企業(yè)在我國(guó)投資規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，一些新的問(wèn)題也呈現(xiàn)出來(lái)，如環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題等等。所以我們要在看到FDI正效應(yīng)的同時(shí)，兼顧FDI所產(chǎn)生的負(fù)效應(yīng)，合理的利用外商直接投資和正確的對(duì)我國(guó)的FDI“國(guó)民福利”效應(yīng)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 本篇論文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究FDI“國(guó)民福利”效應(yīng)的文獻(xiàn)的評(píng)論分析之上，結(jié)合我國(guó)外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀，根據(jù)構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系的系統(tǒng)性、科學(xué)性、指導(dǎo)性、可行性和準(zhǔn)確性原則，構(gòu)建出我國(guó)FDI“國(guó)民福利”效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。其中，包含經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、收入消費(fèi)、貿(mào)易擴(kuò)張、就業(yè)和環(huán)境五大效應(yīng)指標(biāo)。選取1992~2010年來(lái)我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，采用因子分析法，從實(shí)證角度分析指標(biāo)體系的合理性，并計(jì)算出我國(guó)FDI“國(guó)民福利”的綜合效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù)。運(yùn)用單位根檢驗(yàn)、協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)和誤差修正模型深度的研究FDI與我國(guó)“國(guó)民福利”的內(nèi)在作用關(guān)系�；诘贸龅闹笜�(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)，，從“國(guó)民福利”的角度綜合的評(píng)價(jià)我國(guó)的外商直接投資水平，同時(shí)深入的對(duì)FDI的各個(gè)效應(yīng)指標(biāo)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究，找出存在的問(wèn)題。 最后，提出了新形勢(shì)下提高我國(guó)FDI“國(guó)民福利”效應(yīng)水平的對(duì)策建議：第一，將FDI“國(guó)民福利”綜合效應(yīng)與各個(gè)效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)相結(jié)合進(jìn)行引資；第二，優(yōu)化貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)，提升就業(yè)水平；第三，強(qiáng)化技術(shù)溢出，改善我國(guó)技術(shù)水平；第四，既強(qiáng)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)效用又堅(jiān)持可持續(xù)發(fā)展，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the scale of foreign direct investment in China has expanded rapidly, which has greatly promoted the upward development of China's economy and society. However, with the continuous expansion of foreign enterprises' investment in China, some new problems, such as environmental pollution, have emerged. So we should pay attention to the negative effect of FDI, make use of foreign direct investment and correctly evaluate the national welfare effect of FDI in China. Based on the review and analysis of the domestic and foreign literatures on the effect of FDI's "national welfare" and the current situation of China's foreign direct investment (FDI), according to the systematic, scientific, instructive, feasible and accurate principles of constructing the index system, this paper analyzes the results of this paper. The evaluation index system of national welfare effect of FDI in China is constructed. Among them, including economic growth, income consumption, trade expansion, employment and the environment five major indicators. This paper selects the relevant statistical data of China's social and economic development from 1992 to 2010, analyzes the rationality of the index system from an empirical point of view by using the factor analysis method, and calculates the comprehensive effect evaluation index of China's FDI "National Welfare". By using unit root test, cointegration test and error correction model depth, the relationship between FDI and "national welfare" in China is studied. Based on the obtained index data, this paper synthetically evaluates the level of foreign direct investment (FDI) in China from the perspective of "national welfare". At the same time, it makes a deep study on the current situation of each effect index of FDI, and finds out the existing problems. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of "national welfare" effect of FDI in our country under the new situation: first, combine the comprehensive effect of "national welfare" of FDI with each effect evaluation index to attract investment; Second, optimize the trade structure, improve the employment level; third, strengthen the technology spillover, improve our technological level; fourth, not only emphasize the economic utility but also insist on sustainable development, finally realize the overall sustainable development of our economy.
