【摘要】：隨著主板、中小板、創(chuàng)業(yè)板和新三板市場的相繼建立和發(fā)展,我國多層次資本市場的框架已基本確立,目前迫切需要解決各層次資本市場的轉(zhuǎn)板對(duì)接。多層次資本市場的轉(zhuǎn)板對(duì)接應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)持強(qiáng)制與自愿相結(jié)合、效率優(yōu)先兼顧公平和分階段分層次對(duì)接的原則。我國多層次資本市場間轉(zhuǎn)板對(duì)接機(jī)制的構(gòu)建,應(yīng)當(dāng)以實(shí)質(zhì)多層次資本市場為基礎(chǔ),建立完善的升板和降板機(jī)制,區(qū)分二板和三板市場不同的升板綠色通道,規(guī)定升板的限制期,賦予公司自主升板決定權(quán)和降板申訴救濟(jì)權(quán)。
[Abstract]:With the establishment and development of main board, small and medium-sized board, growth enterprise market and new third board, the framework of multi-level capital market has been basically established in China. The transfer board of multi-level capital market should adhere to the principle of compulsory and voluntary integration, and the principle of giving priority to fairness and stage-wise docking. The construction of the interlocking mechanism of multi-level capital market in China should be based on the substantial multi-level capital market, establish a perfect mechanism of rising board and descending board, distinguish different green channels between the second board and the third board market, and stipulate the limit period of the rising board. To give the company the right to make decisions on the board and the right to appeal and remedy the board.
