【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)高速公路建設(shè)的不斷深入,公路行業(yè)負(fù)債的不斷增加,公路建設(shè)資本金日趨緊張。為了緩解公路行業(yè)的資金壓力,盤(pán)活公路存量資產(chǎn),提出高速公路資產(chǎn)融資租賃,通過(guò)有效大規(guī)模地釋放公路存量資產(chǎn),促使公路行業(yè)獲得更多建設(shè)資金,優(yōu)化資產(chǎn)負(fù)債結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)公路行業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of highway construction and the increasing liabilities of highway industry, the capital of highway construction is becoming more and more tight. In order to relieve the capital pressure of highway industry, activate highway stock assets, put forward highway asset financing lease, through effectively and large-scale release highway stock assets, promote highway industry to obtain more construction funds, optimize the structure of assets and liabilities.
