美、日商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)研究
[Abstract]:Personal finance business has become the main service of commercial banking in developed countries. It is an important link between individuals and banking industry. It will also be accompanied by the rapid growth of our economy and the accumulation of national wealth. And presents a dynamic and rapid development trend. This paper selects the representative developed countries in financial industry development and supervision, the United States and Japan, as the research object, analyzes the basis, process and current characteristics of the development of personal finance business in these two countries, and summarizes the characteristics of the United States. Some practices and characteristics that Japan can use for reference in the development of personal finance business in Japan. At the same time, through the comparison, the paper puts forward the advantages, disadvantages and suggestions of our country in the banking business at present. It is of practical significance to promote the development of financial management business of commercial banks in China. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part expounds the conceptual content of the commercial bank financial management business, including the definition of the commercial bank financial management business, the main business concepts related to the commercial financial management business, And the classification of financial products. Among them, the classification of financial products is mainly divided into the second to the third parts according to the way of obtaining the income of the product, the risk of investment, the design of structure level, the type of currency, the term and whether it is the mainstream or alternative financial management, etc. This paper analyzes the history, background and present situation of commercial bank financial management business in America and Japan. For example, the United States in the 1970s along with the banking financial disintermediation began the development of commercial banks financial services; In the 1990s, Japan began to develop the financial management business of commercial banks under the fierce competition of foreign banks and through the great financial reform, and American commercial banks' comprehensive and high-tech service to customers; In view of its aging population, minority children and the situation of multiple disasters, Japan Commercial Bank provides a large number of financial services with insurance function for its customers, and the Japanese commercial banks attach importance to customer loyalty and customer differentiation. The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of American and Japanese commercial banks' financial management business, such as American commercial banks' global services in the development of financial management business, rich product categories, adequate staffing, protection of investors, and so on. Japanese commercial banks in the development of financial management business intensive operation, differentiation of customer service, combined with the characteristics of the national product design. At the same time of analyzing the characteristics, the analysis is more intuitively analyzed by taking examples, including Citibank of the United States, the world's leading operating mode, and Asahi Bank of Japan, which serves the whole process of customer growth in order to enhance customer loyalty. Daiwa Bank of Japan designed financial products and services for the characteristics of wealth accumulation and investment financing needs of the elderly in Japan. On the basis of summing up the characteristics of the development of the financial management business of the commercial banks in the United States and Japan, this paper compares its good aspects with the current situation in our country, extracts some enlightenments for the development of the financial management business of the commercial banks in our country, and finds out the existing gaps. Avoid detours and improve development efficiency. The fifth part, according to the enlightenment of American and Japanese commercial banks' financial management business to our country, puts forward some suggestions for our bank to develop this business, including product design, business innovation, perfect service, staffing, supervision and so on.
