美、日商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)研究

【摘要】:個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)已成為發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家商業(yè)銀行業(yè)的主要服務(wù),是個(gè)人與銀行金融業(yè)緊密聯(lián)系的重要紐帶,也將會(huì)伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)和國(guó)民財(cái)富的不斷積累,而呈現(xiàn)出生機(jī)勃勃的飛速發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。本文選取了金融業(yè)發(fā)展與監(jiān)管方面均具有代表性的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家——美國(guó)、日本作為研究對(duì)象,分析了該兩個(gè)國(guó)家個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)、過(guò)程和現(xiàn)狀的特點(diǎn),研究總結(jié)了美國(guó)、日本在發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)上的一些可供我國(guó)借鑒的做法和特點(diǎn),同時(shí)也通過(guò)對(duì)比,提出我國(guó)目前在該項(xiàng)銀行業(yè)務(wù)上的優(yōu)勢(shì)、不足與建議,力求對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展有一定現(xiàn)實(shí)促進(jìn)意義。全文共分為五個(gè)部分: 第一部分,闡述商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的概念性內(nèi)容,,包括商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)界定,與商業(yè)理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的主要業(yè)務(wù)概念,以及理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的分類(lèi)。其中理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的分類(lèi)主要按產(chǎn)品的收益獲得方式、投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性、結(jié)構(gòu)層次設(shè)計(jì)、貨幣種類(lèi)、期限以及是否為主流理財(cái)還是另類(lèi)理財(cái)?shù)葋?lái)區(qū)分 第二部分至第三部分,分別就美國(guó)、日本兩國(guó)的商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展歷史、背景和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究。如美國(guó)于上世紀(jì)70年代伴隨著銀行業(yè)金融脫媒開(kāi)始的商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展;日本在上世紀(jì)90年代在受到外資銀行激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)沖擊和通過(guò)金融大改革而開(kāi)始的商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展;美國(guó)商業(yè)銀行對(duì)于客戶服務(wù)的全面性和高科技化;日本商業(yè)銀行針對(duì)其人口老齡化、少子化以及多災(zāi)難的國(guó)情為客戶提供的大量帶有保險(xiǎn)功能的理財(cái)服務(wù);日本商業(yè)銀行對(duì)客戶忠誠(chéng)度和客戶細(xì)分化的重視等。 第四部分,總結(jié)出美國(guó)、日本商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的特點(diǎn),如美國(guó)商業(yè)銀行在理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展上全球化的服務(wù)、豐富的產(chǎn)品種類(lèi)、充分的人員配備、對(duì)投資者的保護(hù)等特點(diǎn),日本商業(yè)銀行在理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展上集約化的運(yùn)營(yíng)、細(xì)分化的客戶服務(wù)、結(jié)合國(guó)情的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)等特點(diǎn)。在分析特點(diǎn)的同時(shí),通過(guò)舉實(shí)例的方式使分析更為直觀化,其中包括美國(guó)花旗銀行全球領(lǐng)先的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,日本朝日銀行為提升客戶忠誠(chéng)度而對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行人生成長(zhǎng)的全過(guò)程服務(wù),日本大和銀行針對(duì)日本中老年人群財(cái)富積累和投資理財(cái)需求的特點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)。在總結(jié)美國(guó)、日本這兩個(gè)在商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,將其好的方面與我國(guó)目前的情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比,提煉出對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的一些啟示,找出存在差距、避免走彎路、提高發(fā)展效率。 第五部分,根據(jù)美國(guó)、日本商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示,提出對(duì)我行發(fā)展該項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的一些建議,包括在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新、完善服務(wù)、人員配備、監(jiān)管工作等方面。
[Abstract]:Personal finance business has become the main service of commercial banking in developed countries. It is an important link between individuals and banking industry. It will also be accompanied by the rapid growth of our economy and the accumulation of national wealth. And presents a dynamic and rapid development trend. This paper selects the representative developed countries in financial industry development and supervision, the United States and Japan, as the research object, analyzes the basis, process and current characteristics of the development of personal finance business in these two countries, and summarizes the characteristics of the United States. Some practices and characteristics that Japan can use for reference in the development of personal finance business in Japan. At the same time, through the comparison, the paper puts forward the advantages, disadvantages and suggestions of our country in the banking business at present. It is of practical significance to promote the development of financial management business of commercial banks in China. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part expounds the conceptual content of the commercial bank financial management business, including the definition of the commercial bank financial management business, the main business concepts related to the commercial financial management business, And the classification of financial products. Among them, the classification of financial products is mainly divided into the second to the third parts according to the way of obtaining the income of the product, the risk of investment, the design of structure level, the type of currency, the term and whether it is the mainstream or alternative financial management, etc. This paper analyzes the history, background and present situation of commercial bank financial management business in America and Japan. For example, the United States in the 1970s along with the banking financial disintermediation began the development of commercial banks financial services; In the 1990s, Japan began to develop the financial management business of commercial banks under the fierce competition of foreign banks and through the great financial reform, and American commercial banks' comprehensive and high-tech service to customers; In view of its aging population, minority children and the situation of multiple disasters, Japan Commercial Bank provides a large number of financial services with insurance function for its customers, and the Japanese commercial banks attach importance to customer loyalty and customer differentiation. The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of American and Japanese commercial banks' financial management business, such as American commercial banks' global services in the development of financial management business, rich product categories, adequate staffing, protection of investors, and so on. Japanese commercial banks in the development of financial management business intensive operation, differentiation of customer service, combined with the characteristics of the national product design. At the same time of analyzing the characteristics, the analysis is more intuitively analyzed by taking examples, including Citibank of the United States, the world's leading operating mode, and Asahi Bank of Japan, which serves the whole process of customer growth in order to enhance customer loyalty. Daiwa Bank of Japan designed financial products and services for the characteristics of wealth accumulation and investment financing needs of the elderly in Japan. On the basis of summing up the characteristics of the development of the financial management business of the commercial banks in the United States and Japan, this paper compares its good aspects with the current situation in our country, extracts some enlightenments for the development of the financial management business of the commercial banks in our country, and finds out the existing gaps. Avoid detours and improve development efficiency. The fifth part, according to the enlightenment of American and Japanese commercial banks' financial management business to our country, puts forward some suggestions for our bank to develop this business, including product design, business innovation, perfect service, staffing, supervision and so on.
