【摘要】：非常規(guī)貨幣政策已經(jīng)成為救助2007～2009年金融危機(jī)的重要手段,但學(xué)術(shù)界對非常規(guī)貨幣政策的研究還相當(dāng)有限。由于非常規(guī)貨幣政策在此次金融危機(jī)中登上了全球范圍的舞臺(tái),并扮演了重要角色,因此,對非常規(guī)貨幣政策的研究無疑具有重大的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文將對非常規(guī)貨幣政策的理論、實(shí)踐效果和退出機(jī)制進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,以增強(qiáng)人們對非常規(guī)貨幣政策的認(rèn)知范圍。
[Abstract]:Unconventional monetary policy has become an important means of rescuing the financial crisis from 2007 to 2009, but the academic research on unconventional monetary policy is quite limited. Because the unconventional monetary policy has stepped on the stage of the global scope and played an important role in the financial crisis, the study of the unconventional monetary policy undoubtedly has great theoretical and practical significance. This paper will systematically study the theory, practical effect and withdrawal mechanism of unconventional monetary policy in order to enhance the cognitive range of unconventional monetary policy.
