【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)環(huán)境問(wèn)題的日益突出,環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)受到人們普遍重視,并被確立為戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。在環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,現(xiàn)有投融資模式中市場(chǎng)機(jī)制的缺失,阻礙了環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。而產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金作為一種市場(chǎng)化的投融資模式,為環(huán)保企業(yè)提供資本支持的同時(shí),提供專(zhuān)業(yè)化的增值服務(wù),尤其在對(duì)環(huán)保高新技術(shù)的擴(kuò)散和幫助中小型環(huán)保企業(yè)發(fā)展方面具有重要意義。為了推動(dòng)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)化發(fā)展,環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金應(yīng)投資于具有高成長(zhǎng)性和高盈利性的領(lǐng)域,結(jié)合我國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)所處發(fā)展階段,本文認(rèn)為,應(yīng)通過(guò)加強(qiáng)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資基金在清潔生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域和部分末端治理領(lǐng)域的運(yùn)用,加速環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)。 本文先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀作了梳理,在分析了環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)投融資模式的現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題后,探討了產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金對(duì)于環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要應(yīng)用價(jià)值,并對(duì)不同類(lèi)型的產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金適用于環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的可行性作討論,確立了產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金適用于環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展形式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金在環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)各細(xì)分領(lǐng)域的投資前景作進(jìn)一步分析,并研究了我國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金的運(yùn)作模式,以期為環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金的實(shí)踐提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly prominent environmental problems in China, the environmental protection industry has been widely valued and established as a strategic emerging industry. In the development of environmental protection industry, the lack of market mechanism in the existing investment and financing mode hinders the further development of environmental protection industry. As a market-oriented mode of investment and financing, industrial investment funds provide both capital support and specialized value-added services for environmental protection enterprises. Especially in the diffusion of environmental-friendly high-tech and to help small-and-medium-sized environmental protection enterprises development has important significance. In order to promote the market-oriented development of environmental protection industry, the investment fund of environmental protection industry should invest in the field with high growth and high profitability. It is necessary to accelerate the structural upgrading of environmental protection industry by strengthening the use of venture capital funds in cleaner production and some terminal governance fields. After analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the investment and financing mode of environmental protection industry, this paper discusses the important application value of industrial investment fund to environmental protection industry. The feasibility of applying different types of industrial investment funds to environmental protection industry is discussed, and the development form of industrial investment funds for environmental protection industry is established. On this basis, the paper makes a further analysis of the investment prospects of industrial investment funds in various subdivision fields of environmental protection industry, and studies the operation mode of environmental protection industry investment funds in order to provide a theoretical basis for the practice of environmental protection industry investment funds.
