【摘要】：金融業(yè)的四大支柱包括銀行、信托、證券與保險，其中信托業(yè)具有其獨特的經(jīng)營制度優(yōu)勢和廣泛的業(yè)務(wù)投資范圍，，世界各個國家的信托業(yè)都有著良好的發(fā)展。雖然我國的信托業(yè)已經(jīng)恢復(fù)20多年，信托業(yè)也一直無法找到準(zhǔn)確的市場定位，業(yè)務(wù)模式也不夠穩(wěn)定，在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中沒能最大限度地發(fā)揮自身的作用。隨著金融業(yè)的全面開放，混業(yè)經(jīng)營的大勢所趨，信托業(yè)迎來很大的機(jī)會，所以我國的銀行業(yè)勢必也要抓住機(jī)遇，與信托公司進(jìn)行廣泛合作,實現(xiàn)雙方共贏。 本文在結(jié)合銀信合作及混業(yè)經(jīng)營的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上，較全面分析了國外銀信混業(yè)經(jīng)營的狀況及發(fā)展歷程，并在全面、系統(tǒng)地分析了中國目前銀信合作形式的現(xiàn)狀后，為中國的銀行業(yè)通過開展銀信合作走上混業(yè)經(jīng)營之路，提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策，對中國銀信合作形式的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:The four pillars of the financial industry include banking, trust, securities and insurance, in which the trust industry has its unique operating system advantages and broad business investment scope, and the trust industry of every country in the world has a good development. Although the trust industry in our country has been restored for more than 20 years, the trust industry has been unable to find an accurate market position, and the business model is not stable enough, and has not been able to play its role to the maximum extent in the national economy. With the overall opening of the financial industry and the general trend of mixed operation, the trust industry is ushered in a great opportunity, so the banking industry in our country must seize the opportunity and cooperate extensively with the trust companies to realize the win-win situation between the two sides. On the basis of the theory of cooperation and mixed operation, this paper comprehensively analyzes the status and development course of foreign mixed banking and credit management, and after comprehensively and systematically analyzes the present situation of China's bank and credit cooperation. In this paper, the author puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures for the banking industry of China, and makes a beneficial exploration on the development of the cooperation form of the bank and letter in China.
