【摘要】：亞行的成立經(jīng)歷了一個復(fù)雜曲折的過程,期間代表亞洲國家利益的亞洲及遠(yuǎn)東經(jīng)濟(jì)委員會、日本和美國三者之間的互動構(gòu)成了這一過程的核心要件。本文擬從國家利益的角度來解釋三方在亞行項目上的政策和外交行為,結(jié)論是:亞行在很大程度上是特定歷史時期內(nèi)三方利益匯流的產(chǎn)物。
[Abstract]:The establishment of ADB underwent a complicated and tortuous process, during which the Economic Commission for Asia and the far East, which represented the interests of Asian countries, and the interaction between Japan and the United States formed the core elements of the process. This paper intends to explain the policy and diplomatic behavior of the three parties in the ADB project from the angle of national interests. The conclusion is that the ADB is to a large extent the product of the confluence of the interests of the three parties in a specific historical period.
