【摘要】：現(xiàn)行的國(guó)際貨幣制度實(shí)質(zhì)上是美元本位制。該制度存在諸多弊端,其中之一就是美元霸權(quán)對(duì)貨幣主權(quán)的沖擊,包括對(duì)貨幣壟斷發(fā)行權(quán)的沖擊,對(duì)取得國(guó)際鑄幣稅權(quán)利的沖擊及對(duì)金融調(diào)控權(quán)的沖擊。對(duì)貨幣主權(quán)的沖擊也是引發(fā)本次金融危機(jī)的根源。
[Abstract]:The current international monetary system is essentially a dollar-based system. There are many disadvantages in this system, one of which is the impact of US dollar hegemony on currency sovereignty, including the right to issue monetary monopoly, the right to obtain international seigniorage and the right of financial control. The impact on monetary sovereignty is also the source of the financial crisis.
