【摘要】：現(xiàn)行的國際貨幣制度實(shí)質(zhì)上是美元本位制。該制度存在諸多弊端,其中之一就是美元霸權(quán)對貨幣主權(quán)的沖擊,包括對貨幣壟斷發(fā)行權(quán)的沖擊,對取得國際鑄幣稅權(quán)利的沖擊及對金融調(diào)控權(quán)的沖擊。對貨幣主權(quán)的沖擊也是引發(fā)本次金融危機(jī)的根源。
[Abstract]:The current international monetary system is essentially a dollar-based system. There are many disadvantages in this system, one of which is the impact of US dollar hegemony on currency sovereignty, including the right to issue monetary monopoly, the right to obtain international seigniorage and the right of financial control. The impact on monetary sovereignty is also the source of the financial crisis.
