【摘要】：外商直接投資作為生產(chǎn)國際化和國際分工進一步深化的一種重要方式,口益成為全球最為重要的經(jīng)濟力量之一,在經(jīng)濟全球化過程中發(fā)揮著原動力和加速器的關鍵作用,對世界經(jīng)濟與社會產(chǎn)生著越來越深刻的影響。自改革開放以來,中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展取得了舉世矚口的成就。這些成就的取得,無疑都與中國的對外開放政策和吸收外國資本尤其是外商直接投資(簡稱FDI)有著密切的關系。外商直接投資的大規(guī)模進入為中國的經(jīng)濟增長、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構升級、技術進步、就業(yè)增長、國際收支平衡等都起到了巨大的推動作用。從外商直接投資在中國的地域分布來看,FDI在中國的地域分布表現(xiàn)出極化現(xiàn)象。根據(jù)鄧寧關于外商直接投資的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢原理,如何來分析和理解中國在吸引外資方面的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢是當前國內學者討論的熱點問題。 本文采用理論分析與實證研究、定性分析與定量分析相結合的研究方法以及系統(tǒng)分析的方法,對外商直接投資區(qū)位選擇決定因素進行了理論分析,在規(guī)范的經(jīng)濟學分析框架下,通過構建外商直接投資區(qū)位選擇影響因素的理論體系,并通過使用中國東、中和西部地區(qū)的經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)來對相關因素進行檢驗,從中可以發(fā)現(xiàn)外資企業(yè)區(qū)位選擇的基本規(guī)律。希望通過研究外商直接投資區(qū)位選擇的影響因素,分析各種因素發(fā)生變化會對外商直接投資造成的影響程度,為政府制定外資政策和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策提供參考。研究結果顯示：制度、成本、市場、基礎設施和集聚因素在外資企業(yè)的區(qū)位決策中會產(chǎn)生影響,而每個要素的影響程度具有地區(qū)差異性,且顯著程度也不一樣。建議在今后的發(fā)展中,一要把握好在華外資的政策指導,二要擴大中西部地區(qū)的市場空間,三要擴大外資企業(yè)集聚規(guī)模。
[Abstract]:As an important way of internationalization of production and further deepening of international division of labor, foreign direct investment (FDI) has become one of the most important economic forces in the world and plays a key role in the process of economic globalization. To the world economy and society produce more and more profound influence. Since the reform and opening up, China's economic development has made world-wide achievements. These achievements are undoubtedly closely related to China's policy of opening to the outside world and the absorption of foreign capital, especially foreign direct investment (FDI). The large-scale entry of foreign direct investment (FDI) has played a great role in promoting China's economic growth, regional economic development, foreign trade development, industrial structure upgrading, technological progress, employment growth and international balance of payments. The regional distribution of FDI in China shows polarization phenomenon. According to Deng Ning's regional advantage principle of FDI, how to analyze and understand the location advantage of China in attracting foreign investment is a hot issue discussed by domestic scholars at present. In this paper, theoretical and empirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis and systematic analysis are used to analyze the determinants of FDI location selection. By constructing the theoretical system of the influencing factors of FDI location selection, and by using the empirical data of the east, middle and west regions of China to test the relevant factors, we can find out the basic rules of location selection of foreign-funded enterprises. It is hoped that by studying the influencing factors of FDI location choice and analyzing the influence degree of the change of various factors on FDI, this paper will provide references for the government to formulate foreign investment policies and industrial development policies. The results show that the factors of institution, cost, market, infrastructure and agglomeration will affect the location decision of foreign-funded enterprises, and the degree of influence of each factor is regional difference, and the degree of significance is also different. It is suggested that in the future development, we should grasp the policy guidance of foreign investment in China, expand the market space in the central and western regions, and expand the scale of the agglomeration of foreign-funded enterprises.
