【摘要】：隨著國(guó)際航運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)重心和國(guó)際船舶融資業(yè)務(wù)重心逐步從歐洲向亞洲轉(zhuǎn)移,亞洲對(duì)于船舶融資服務(wù)的需求正在不斷上升,以新加坡、香港、上海為代表的亞洲航運(yùn)中心的船舶融資業(yè)務(wù)也在迅猛發(fā)展,未來(lái)全球船舶融資的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將成為新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)焦點(diǎn)。如何加大船舶融資服務(wù)的發(fā)展力度和提高船舶融資服務(wù)的專業(yè)化水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)航運(yùn)資金融通、航運(yùn)資源整合以及航運(yùn)價(jià)值放大,以滿足航運(yùn)業(yè)多樣化的船舶融資需求,這已是當(dāng)今世界重要的研究課題。 作為中國(guó)航運(yùn)大省及中國(guó)第一經(jīng)濟(jì)大省的廣東,探索如何提升船舶融資服務(wù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,有助于推動(dòng)航運(yùn)與金融的相互交織,有助于形成包括船舶融資在內(nèi)的一系列航運(yùn)金融服務(wù)體系。 首先從船舶融資服務(wù)的定義入手,通過(guò)對(duì)船舶融資相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理分析,界定出廣東省船舶融資服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵,在此基礎(chǔ)上,從船舶融資方式的角度系統(tǒng)分析了廣東省船舶融資服務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其優(yōu)劣勢(shì)；然后選取了傳統(tǒng)金融航運(yùn)中心代表倫敦及新興金融航運(yùn)中心代表東京、香港、上海等四個(gè)城市,比較研究了不同歷史時(shí)期、不同國(guó)家的國(guó)際金融航運(yùn)雙中心的船舶融資服務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從中獲得有益的借鑒及啟示；接著結(jié)合廣東省船舶融資服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)未來(lái)廣東省船舶融資服務(wù)的需求規(guī)模進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)；最后在金融機(jī)構(gòu)與金融機(jī)構(gòu)授信對(duì)象之間的船舶融資博弈分析基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合廣東省船舶融資服務(wù)需求預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果及現(xiàn)狀分析,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),分別從金融機(jī)構(gòu)、金融機(jī)構(gòu)授信對(duì)象、政府等方面提出了廣東省發(fā)展船舶融資服務(wù)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:As the focus of international shipping and international ship financing is gradually shifting from Europe to Asia, the demand for ship financing services in Asia is on the rise, with Singapore, Hong Kong, The ship financing business of the Asian shipping center represented by Shanghai is also developing rapidly, and the competition of global ship financing will become a new competition focus in the future. How to increase the development of ship financing service and improve the specialized level of ship financing service, realize shipping financing, shipping resources integration and shipping value amplification, in order to meet the diversified shipping financing needs of the shipping industry. This has been an important research topic in the world today. As the largest shipping province in China and the largest economic province in China, Guangdong has explored how to enhance the competitiveness of ship financing services, which will help to promote the interweaving of shipping and finance. It is helpful to form a series of shipping financial service system including ship financing. First of all, starting with the definition of ship financing service, through combing and analyzing the relevant theories of ship financing, this paper defines the connotation of ship financing service in Guangdong Province, and on this basis, This paper systematically analyzes the development status and advantages and disadvantages of ship financing service in Guangdong Province from the point of view of ship financing mode, and then selects four cities, namely, London for the traditional financial shipping center and Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shanghai for the emerging financial shipping center. This paper makes a comparative study of the development status of the ship financing service of international financial and shipping double centers in different historical periods and countries, and draws useful lessons from it, and then combines the current situation of ship financing service in Guangdong Province. Finally, based on the game analysis of ship financing between financial institutions and financial institutions, combining with the forecast results and current situation of the demand for ship financing services in Guangdong Province, the paper forecasts the demand scale of ship financing services in Guangdong Province. Based on the successful experience at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of developing ship financing service in Guangdong Province from the aspects of financial institutions, credit objects of financial institutions and the government.
