【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)80年代以來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,中國吸引了巨額的外商直接投資(FDI),并且規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大。在實(shí)行改革開放政策以后,福建省憑借其優(yōu)越的地理位置和良好的政策環(huán)境吸收了大量FDI,成為中國吸收FDI的主要地區(qū)之一。然而FDI在福建的分布卻很不平衡,表現(xiàn)為明顯的地理集聚,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚已成為了外商直接投資企業(yè)在中國選擇投資地點(diǎn)的重要因素。在此背景下,本文試圖研究福建省FDI和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚之間的關(guān)系。 本文首先對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和FDI領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)概念做了定義,然后對(duì)國內(nèi)外外商直接投資和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的理論研究進(jìn)行了綜述,對(duì)外商直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚內(nèi)在相關(guān)機(jī)制進(jìn)行理論了闡釋,并在理論分析基礎(chǔ)上得出了產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和外商直接投資相輔相成的結(jié)論,從而為實(shí)證分析鋪墊了理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,本文介紹了福建省利用FDI的發(fā)展歷程,并總結(jié)了福建省FDI的特點(diǎn)以及對(duì)這些特點(diǎn)的成因進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)還分析了福建省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的現(xiàn)狀。本文接著計(jì)算了區(qū)位熵,利用該指標(biāo)計(jì)算了福建省制造業(yè)分行業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度,并對(duì)具有集聚特征的行業(yè)進(jìn)行了分析。 再次,在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)福建省外商直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚之間的關(guān)系從實(shí)證角度進(jìn)行論證。選取了福建省代表產(chǎn)業(yè)—通訊設(shè)備業(yè),對(duì)其外商直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)和因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn),研究表明兩者之間存在雙向的因果關(guān)系。由此推斷,福建省外商直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚間存在正相關(guān)作用。 最后,本文對(duì)福建省外商直接投資和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提出了對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, with the development of economic globalization, China has attracted a huge amount of foreign direct investment (FDI),) and its scale has been expanding. After implementing the policy of reform and opening up, Fujian Province has become one of the main areas of FDI absorption in China by virtue of its superior geographical position and good policy environment. However, the distribution of FDI in Fujian is very uneven, which shows obvious geographical agglomeration. Industrial agglomeration has become an important factor for FDI enterprises to choose investment sites in China. In this context, this paper attempts to study the relationship between FDI and industrial agglomeration in Fujian Province. This paper first defines the concepts of industrial agglomeration and FDI, then summarizes the theoretical research of FDI and industrial agglomeration at home and abroad, and explains the internal mechanism of FDI and industrial agglomeration theoretically. The conclusion that industrial agglomeration and foreign direct investment complement each other on the basis of theoretical analysis lays the theoretical foundation for empirical analysis. Secondly, this paper introduces the development course of Fujian Province using FDI, summarizes the characteristics of Fujian Province FDI and analyzes the causes of these characteristics. At the same time, it also analyzes the present situation of Fujian industrial agglomeration. Then, the paper calculates the location entropy, calculates the industrial agglomeration degree of the manufacturing industry in Fujian Province by using this index, and analyzes the industries with agglomeration characteristics. Thirdly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper demonstrates the relationship between FDI and industrial agglomeration in Fujian Province from an empirical point of view. This paper selects Fujian Province representative industry-communication equipment industry, carries on the cointegration test and the causality test to its foreign direct investment and the industrial agglomeration data, the research shows that there is a two-way causal relationship between the two. It is inferred that there is a positive correlation between FDI and industrial agglomeration in Fujian Province. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the further development of FDI and regional industrial clusters in Fujian Province.
