【摘要】：金融危機后,世界經(jīng)濟金融格局發(fā)生深刻調(diào)整。與此同時,我國經(jīng)濟進入“新常態(tài)”,經(jīng)濟金融體制改革和對外開放不斷深入,政府積極推動中外自貿(mào)區(qū)談判,并提出“一帶一路”的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,進一步推進我國對外經(jīng)濟交流,加之我國銀行業(yè)金融機構(gòu)自身綜合實力的提升,人民幣國際化進程加速,我國銀行業(yè)“走出去”迎來了難得的歷史機遇。而銀行業(yè)“走出去”面臨的首要問題就是“走到哪里去”,銀行業(yè)國際化經(jīng)營所選擇的區(qū)位是否合適,將對銀行的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生十分重要的影響。究竟是哪些因素決定和影響著我國銀行國際化經(jīng)營的區(qū)位選擇,是一個值得深入探索的問題。本文緊緊結(jié)合當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外新形勢,就這一問題展開了研究。本文在總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,首先回顧了我國銀行業(yè)國際化經(jīng)營的歷程,并對當(dāng)前我國銀行業(yè)海外分支機構(gòu)的數(shù)量、區(qū)位分布狀況以及分支機構(gòu)采取的組織形式等進行統(tǒng)計和分析,總結(jié)出我國銀行業(yè)國際化經(jīng)營區(qū)位分布特征。然后針對我國銀行業(yè)國際化經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,通過定性分析,從東道國的引力因素、我國的推力因素以及銀行自身的因素三個方面,分析可能對我國商業(yè)銀行國際化經(jīng)營區(qū)位選擇產(chǎn)生影響的因素,并選取可衡量或描述這些影響因素指標(biāo),建立指標(biāo)體系。進而選取我國具有國際化經(jīng)營代表性五大銀行在19個樣本國分支機構(gòu)的數(shù)量作為被解釋變量,所選指標(biāo)作為解釋變量,將相關(guān)變量代入回歸模型進行定量分析,從而得出影響我國銀行業(yè)國際化經(jīng)營區(qū)位選擇的相關(guān)影響因素。最后結(jié)合定性及定量的分析所得出的結(jié)論,創(chuàng)新性地提出新形勢下適合我國銀行業(yè)國際化經(jīng)營區(qū)位選擇調(diào)整和規(guī)劃策略。
[Abstract]:After the financial crisis, the world economic and financial structure has undergone profound adjustment. At the same time, China's economy has entered the "new normal", the economic and financial system reform and opening to the outside world have been deepening, and the government has actively promoted negotiations between China and foreign countries on the free trade zone, and put forward the strategic concept of "Belt and Road." With the further promotion of China's foreign economic exchanges, the upgrading of the comprehensive strength of our banking financial institutions and the acceleration of the process of RMB internationalization, China's banking industry has ushered in a rare historical opportunity to "go out". And the first question that the banking industry "go out" faces is "where to go". Whether the location chosen by the banking international operation is suitable or not will have a very important influence on the development of the bank. What factors determine and influence the location choice of Chinese banks' international operation is a problem worthy of further exploration. This article closely combines the current domestic and foreign new situation, has carried on the research on this question. On the basis of summarizing the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper first reviews the course of international operation of China's banking industry, and the number of overseas branches of China's banking industry. Based on the statistics and analysis of the location distribution and the organizational forms adopted by the branches, the paper summarizes the regional distribution characteristics of the banking internationalization in China. Then, in view of the current situation of banking internationalization in China, through qualitative analysis, from three aspects: the gravity of the host country, the thrust of our country and the bank itself, This paper analyzes the factors that may affect the location choice of the international operation of commercial banks in China, and selects the indicators that can be measured or described to establish an index system. Then, the number of branches of the five major banks with representative international operation in 19 sample countries is chosen as the explanatory variable, and the relevant variables are substituted into the regression model to carry out quantitative analysis, and the selected indicators are taken as the explanatory variables, and the relevant variables are added to the regression model to carry out quantitative analysis. Therefore, the related factors affecting the location selection of banking internationalization management in China are obtained. Finally, combining the conclusion of qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper puts forward innovatively the adjustment and planning strategy of location selection and planning suitable for the international operation of banking industry in China under the new situation.
