歐盟在華直接投資技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的實證研究

【摘要】: 發(fā)達(dá)國家的直接投資不僅帶來了資本的流入,更帶來了先進(jìn)的知識、技術(shù)和管理經(jīng)驗。歐盟作為外商直接投資的重要部分,是我國獲取關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的重要來源。中國通過吸引歐盟在華投資,可以有效地學(xué)習(xí)、吸收、消化先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和管理經(jīng)驗,從而推動自身的技術(shù)進(jìn)步。但與此同時,歐盟在華投資規(guī)模大、技術(shù)含量高,對中國企業(yè)的吸收能力有更高的要求,并且在一定程度上搶奪了中國市場,削弱了本土企業(yè)的自主研發(fā)能力。本文在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析了歐盟在華投資的歷程與現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了其區(qū)別于其他外商投資的特點;接下來探討了歐盟在華投資技術(shù)溢出的途徑及抑制因素;然后本文運用中國13個。陛犑2000年至2008年的面板數(shù)據(jù),在通過“索洛余值法”算出全要素生產(chǎn)率以后,以內(nèi)生增長模型為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合歐盟在華投資的特點建立實證模型并進(jìn)行回歸檢驗;最后對實證結(jié)果進(jìn)行理論分析,得出結(jié)論和政策建議。 本文通過實證檢驗得出結(jié)論:歐盟在華直接投資的平均項目規(guī)模對全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響為負(fù),這是由于歐盟投資的技術(shù)含量過高,主要采用獨資方式,不利于中國企業(yè)吸收其技術(shù);而中國自主研發(fā)投入和外貿(mào)依存度對全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響為正,這是由于自主創(chuàng)新和國際貿(mào)易技術(shù)溢出對技術(shù)進(jìn)步起到了顯著的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:As an important part of foreign direct investment, the European Union is an important source of China's access to key technologies. By attracting EU investment in China, China can effectively learn, absorb and digest advanced technology and management experience. At the same time, the EU has a large scale of investment in China, high technology content, higher requirements for the absorptive capacity of Chinese enterprises, and to a certain extent, it has seized the Chinese market and weakened the independent R&D capability of local enterprises. The course and current situation of investment in China are summarized, and the characteristics of investment in China are summarized. Then, the ways and restraining factors of Technology Spillovers from EU investment in China are discussed. Then, based on panel data of 13 provinces/municipalities in China from 2000 to 2008, the total factor productivity (TFP) is calculated by Solow residual method. Based on the endogenous growth model, this paper establishes an empirical model and makes a regression test according to the characteristics of EU investment in China. Finally, the empirical results are analyzed theoretically, and the conclusions and policy recommendations are drawn.
This paper draws a conclusion through empirical test: the average project size of EU direct investment in China has a negative impact on total factor productivity, which is due to the high technology content of EU investment, mainly using sole proprietorship, which is not conducive to Chinese enterprises to absorb their technology; and China's independent R&D investment and foreign trade dependence on total factor productivity. Independent innovation and technology spillovers in international trade play a significant role in promoting technological progress.
