基于層次分析法的村鎮(zhèn)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:For a long time, the insufficient supply of rural finance has been a bottleneck restricting the development of agriculture and rural economy in our country. At the end of 2006, the appearance of village banks has alleviated the contradiction between supply and demand of rural finance to a certain extent. But from the point of view of rural financial system, the competitive ability of rural banks is relatively low, which weakens their position in rural financial institutions and affects their healthy and sustainable development. Therefore, how to evaluate and enhance the competitiveness of village banks has become an important subject in the theoretical circle. Based on the theory of competitiveness and the characteristics of village banks, this paper selects security ability, profit ability, information technology ability, liquidity ability, social influence from the point of view of realistic competitiveness and potential competitiveness. Sustainable development ability, talent and business innovation ability, economic and policy environment, corporate governance structure, a total of 9 indicators to build a competitiveness evaluation index system, using the Analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, on this basis, This paper makes a statistical description and analysis on the present situation of the competitiveness of village banks in China. The results show that the competitiveness of village banks is weak mainly due to their weak profitability and insufficient ability of innovation. Then 6 villages and towns banks are selected to evaluate their competitiveness by comprehensive evaluation method. The empirical results show that village banks have some problems, such as poor security ability, weak profitability, low social influence, and the level of information technology need to be improved. Finally, it points out that village banks should take full advantage of information to prevent credit risk. Emphasis should be placed on innovating the products and services needed by farmers and improving the social influence of village banks to improve their competitiveness.
